Don’t expect this diner to be a “Please” and “Thank You” kind of place. The servers pride themselves on snarky remarks and even drop their trays to do choreographed dance numbers! We were up here for a concert for my daughter and her friend. I’ve heard about this place but didn’t know the name of it but my wife did. So she suggested it to all of us and we said yes let’s do it. Well let’s just say everything you heard about Ed’s it holds up to it reputation for sure. The entertainment is top notch and our waiter was on point of making sure he was as rude as possible. What fun we had interacting with him and the fellow other waiter. They both gave it to us pretty good and we enjoyed it so so much. Now to the food the food was on point and delicious. Everything so fresh. Their fries were so good along with my sandwich. All of our food was good. Definitely definitely a very fun place. So if you hear about this place it lifts up to the hype so go ypu will enjoy it.

The place was so nice. This is one of the places where you can enjoy your meal and have a great time. The food was good, and the prices were reasonable. Even though the theme of the restaurant is to have rude waiters where they roast you, their rudeness was nicer than a typical waiter. And of course, what made this experience more special was Stanley. She was so rudely nice and funny and damn, she can sing. I would definitely recommend.

Crazy fun place and we actually ended up going there twice during our visit to Chicago. The bottomless Mimosas are a great deal but also quite dangerous so watch out!
The skillets were sooooo filling that we couldn’t eat anything else for the rest of the day. Next time we had learned our lesson and took slightly more lighter dishes.
We had a pleasure to have the Postboy as our server and he was so great! He took such excellent care of us and we couldn’t have a better experience.

Very good food we grabbed from this cozy little place this morning!! We went into the restaurant without looking up beforehand and it DID NOT disappoint. People working on shift were freaking FANTASTIC. Loved the sassy ladies working up front. The host made my girlfriend and I laugh a bunch- just all around a visually pleasing and great place.
I wish they had more places like this in Detroit.
It was so refreshing to spend the morning in a fun environment.

I really loved the place! The food is excellent but most of all the service of Stanley is the best, even though she was in her role at first, she was the best and then she was actually one of the best people I’ve ever met here in Chicago! And she’s so talented! Keep shinning Stanley! Thanks for the experience and making us sing and have a great time there!

Came in on a whim, not really realizing what this place was all about. But we were game, turned out to be an interesting experience (in a good way). It was all in good fun, but if you do decide to go, be prepared for any/all social lubricant to disappear from your interactions with the wait staff. The food was excellent too, I’ll def recommend.

Amazing experience! Fish Food was our server! He was not pleased.. but we were!! Such an amazing birthday experience. We got our food in and out. $25 bottomless mimosas! Delicious and hot! With a side of laughs and giggles. My girlfriend and I had such a good time. Thanks for making it so fun Fish Food! Youre amazingggg. Skip was cool too! And we had to stop at the photo booth! Classic.

The burger was exactly what i was craving. Not often do you find good quality burgers anymore. The fries had the perfect crunch. Our server, Skooter was absolutely amazing! He’s a great time! We’ll definitely be back.

Such a fun experience! Totally brought me back to when I was a teenager in the 80’s and came down here. The food was fantastic! Highly recommend trying the sliders. So yummy! Our waitress Barbecue was phenomenal!!!!

Been wanting to visit FOREVER, and finally had the opportunity to. Such a fun and amazing experience! The food was delicious, we loved the burger joint diner feel, and our waiter, Sugarfoot, who we kept randomly calling Cliff cuz it’s what was on the button he was wearing, was… “horribly” delightful!!! Can’t remember when I had this good of a time just out to dinner! We also got the pleasure of being entertained by the dance show the waiters performed!! We can’t wait for a return trip!
