Went in around 5:45 in the evening and there were only a couple of other ppl in the restaurant. We waited for over 35 minutes for two small cheeseburgers and one fry. By the time we got our food our burgers were cold. The buns were cold like they were fresh out of the fridge. The cheese on our burgers wasn’t even all the way melted. Patties were also on the cool side with no flavor. We were very disappointed that we spent the money and waited that long for crap food.

I typically have a great experience food wise, but twice in a row, and especially tonight.. I received incorrect orders and cold fries (fries were short) and my patty melt was bland. I spend nice money for quality food.

I arrived 10 minutes after the posted open hours, only to find the door locked. One person, cleaning the floors, pretended not to see me. I waited at the door for a couple minutes, figuring they were just running late. Another person came from the back and upon seeing me, simply signaled “No.” I’m not in a rush, I could have waited if he signaled “five” or “ten,” I could even have waited outside while they got ready. Instead I was completely cut off. Maybe there really was no way they’d be able to serve me in a respectable time.

Excellent burgers, one wrapped in lettuce, the other in a bun. A heaping helping of fries and a coke to wash it down. What’s not to like? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Ask for Andrew, Shift Manager, for excellent service.

Music was way too loud and staff behind the counter not only refused to lower the volume, but after we were seated, the staff behind the counter was using inappropriate language and profanity. This was at the Eastchase location.

Hot fresh food done in minutes, with a bag overflowing with an order of small fries. 3 employees all greeted me and went to work immediately on my order. Clean atmosphere, and new looking Coke variety drink dispenser machine. Not as much wall space in this one for the trademark articles on how well they rank nationwide, but nice to sit along the glass storefront windows .

Actually loved the fries. It is a bit too pricey for me for what you get. Red Robin has bigger hamburgers for the same price and bottomless fries for the same price.
