I tried to redeem my points thru the app, which was an arduous, complicated, and confusing experience. On top of that, I was having a bad day and just wanted to get some comfort food and something to drink. Team members Owen and Olaa were super nice and did the best they could to make things better, but in the long run, it was completely an APP issue. Otherwise; my donuts and drinks were amazing (especially the spider donut!). Kudos to Olaa and Owen for being helpful and patient with me during my visit. I will visit Dunkin’ again but I will need a LOT of help redeeming points in the app. (I gave 3 stars to the atmosphere because it’s in a bodega and strictly a walk-in store, with no Dunkin’ cups or other things for sale.)

Message to the owners. As a fellow business owner I would highly recommend offering some additional training to your employees or hiring new ones. First drink was made incorrectly which was fine but the 2nd and 3rd drinks were not even hot. Luke warm. Other employee was on a call with a friend the entire time, meanwhile a long line started to form before we had a chance to get our order right so decided to just leave. Had asked for a donut to be warmed up and was told that wasn’t possible. If there actually isn’t a microwave, how hard is it to add one? You sell pastries but can’t warm them up?

Today I witnessed a guy being harassed by a Caucasian male employee from this Dunkin! The employee didn’t even have the correct info he thought he had and what u should never do is approach someone and threaten them! Over a “stray” animal! The other guy was black and let’s be honest that’s a pretty “BRIGHT” area and who would’ve been to blame if things went left? The black male ? The black male was super calm but still made sure that the male employee and his FEMALE TOY/CO-worker were corrected! I was outside since the black guy first came up and he waited on the police/animal rescue. I personally feel as though that “couple” that works there should be fired because the black guy asked the female employee to back him up because she knew the truth! She act as if she didn’t. The male employee for Dunkin got very aggressive with the black male. Thank GOD he held his composure! Those two/that couple should be ASHAMED!

Our go-to spot. I wish I knew the names of the employees here. With no exaggeration, EVERYONE is kind, professional, friendly, and efficient. We drive 30 minutes to go out of our way to come here. Service is excellent and the quality of food and drinks are great.

I absolutely love this Dunkin!!! Every staff member is great, friendly, happy and overly polite!! The store is always clean! Never a long wait! And as a daily customer these employees never disappoint! As a former Dunkin store manager for 6 years, I would have to state that this Dunkin is beyond one of your top stores in the chain!!

Well the place looks nice and clean but when I ordered a head on the app none of the orders were going through to this location. A very nice young woman named Nikki looked at my order on my phone and made it for me. She did a great job and while she was trying to take care of my order she was on the phone trying to help all these other stores get staff. She’s not even the manager and she was going above and beyond. I would like to give her some recognition and also some help in the store. I don’t know where the manager was but they could use additional help especially when the app orders are not working and she’s expected to find people to work in other stores. Give her a raise. Thank you

I usually get my food order well, made a mistake when ordering and a staff member got defensive when I tried to reorder. She ignored me when I asked kindly if it’s possible to reorder. They then gave me a matcha latte when I asked for a normal matcha drink. Messed up my mood in the morning

Customer Service
I was in there yesterday 9/4 to buy 2egg and cheese breakfast wraps and my order was given to someone else. I ordered the wraps, went to get my lottery tickets and when I went over to pick up my order, it wasn’t there. I had to wait for a new order and I was late for work.
