Worst TMAD location we have ever experienced. MadDash Mondays are a joke. Orders were not ready on time even when the app said it was. No communication on delay so instead of people getting curbside pickup it was an in-store experience! I was not alone w having to go into the store only to wait an additional 20+ minutes for them to start the order! Looks like drive-thru was the priority. They should at the very least offer a free beverage while we all waited. Food did NOT taste like the awesome TMAD flavors either. Both chicken & steak tasted & looked very different from a normal TMAD item. Veggies had a weird chemical smell & moldy taste. Spicy was bland. Portions were skimpy. This location literally left. bad taste in our mouths.

Significant improvement from when they closed it down. Food is of better quality, service is fantastic (especially Thomas), and we never wait long. Become a regular stop for us. Glad to see you guys back!

I came here to pick up my online order – they said they couldn’t make it yakisoba style because it’s 2 meats even though I came here early to tell them AND put it on my additional comments and they REFUSED my refund. I’m so upset and so hungry.
They said they can’t do the Yakisoba style on 2 meats and will get in major trouble or fired if they do the yakisoba noodles …. That is the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard
So they took my money – refused to refund me and took my $17 …. That’s crazy – I am a business owner and would never ever treat a customer like this ever. NUTTS

Ordered the teriyaki salmon and teriyaki chicken bowl, the salmon tastes like plastic and was inedible. For this reason, I will not return to this restaurant. The rest of the bowl was okay, which was overpriced for the quality of food. The staff and restaurant were quite nice.

Would like to leave a review if I was even served. Seems they cater to online orders and drive thru. Not people walking in. Waited at the counter for over 10 min. Told once “be right with you” and then never looked at again. Busy taking care of doordash and drive thru orders. Disappointing.

Ordered takeout, a spicy teriyaki chicken bowl, made it a meal. Got home and there was no egg roll and was not spicy. Tried to call but got not answer. Check your bags before heading out the door.

Aileen was amazing! She had such great customer service and honestly made the whole place feel better just by how she interacted. Super sweet and easy to talk to, and she made taking my order a really good experience. Definitely one of the highlights of coming here.
