Self service portal was easy to use, staff was friendly and helpful. The store was clean out front and behind the counters, soda machine was clean and so was the counter top

KFC is still a good, affordable way to have a bite with the family without breaking the bank.
Extra crispy is still our favorite and after a while of not having it we really enjoyed it
Sides are generous, gravy is delicious and the chicken is still the best.

Got 8 piece chicken meal. 1/2 original and 1/2 crispy. The original recipe pieces were undercooked. Did not realize until we got home, and I went to break the thigh apart to take the skin off to give to my son. Wound up throwing it away. Waste of 30 bucks. Disappointed. The only good thing was the cole slaw. It was sweet and delicious. The service at drive thru was fast, too.

I dined there after what would have been the lunch rush. The dining area was relatively clean although my seat wasn’t devoid of some crumbs from a previous guest. The garbage can nearest the soda machine was over flowing, the one near the door was not. This struck me as odd as that is the one in closest proximity to the counter and should be easily noticeable. The soda machine was inoperable so sodas were filled at the counter, refills were easy to get and they were very prompt with the service. I haven’t been in a KFC in some time and the first thing I noticed was the price. I guess with rising labor costs they need to pass on the expense somewhere. I ordered a three piece meal and it was a little over $9. A breast, wing, and thigh with a scoop of mashed potatoes seems like it should be no more than $7 but that’s just me I guess. I can get a fully roasted chicken for about $6 at my grocery store or Costco. Overall, it was a decent experience and while a bit pricey I would return.

Didn’t put any sauce in bag, everything has been sitting out. Cost $4 for sauce and nothing. Be sure to check bag before you leave. Very disappointed.

Once or twice a month I order 3 thighs, original recipe. Still my favorite. They always thro in a biscuit. Just under 10 bucks.

We get help from the servers immediately upon arriving at KFC,the food is always fresh and tastes delicious, the chicken is moist,cooked perfectly, the Cole slaw is especially tasty,there is one server whose name is anatasia,she is especially and kind and helpful. I recommend KFC highly

I went to KFC because it is my son’s favorite. My son has special needs. Haley the woman I interacted with and gave me my food, helped me tremendously! I still have mom brain. I’m trying to make sure I order the correct meal, and this is where Haley saved me. She put absolutely no pressure on me to hurry up. She helped me count my change so I had the correct amount of money because I was stumbling and freaking out on the low. Haley’s vibes are very good! She had a smile on her face the whole time! Helped me when she saw I needed help but didn’t ask for it is huge with me! That means she was paying attention. My son was crying in the back seat that was making me tense. He doesn’t understand, he’s hungry he wants food now! So Haley not knowing makes this even better. Thank you!!!!
