Ordered loaded tortilla soup. Poster shows in a tortilla bowl. Served in paper bowl. Chicken over cooked like jerky or leather, not chewable. Bins for extras empty. And it’s noon after Sunday church. Used to come here a lot. Missed it but never coming back. Very bad and way overpriced.

We came in when they opened and right as we came in we got attitude they told us it was too early for a burrito and acted like they didn’t want to make us food or even help us. When we set down to eat it was hard to find a table because most of them were dirty like nothing got cleaned the night before.

I had to change my rating to one star after my experience. I placed an online order on Sunday with a pickup time between 5:35–5:45. I got there a little early and waited in my car, watching the pickup shelf. By 5:45, nothing was ready. I waited another 10 minutes, still nothing, so I went inside.

When I asked about my order for Moises, the employee told me they hadn’t even made it because they were out of guac and queso. I told him that was fine, just refund me for the chips and queso. He took my number and order number.

I ended up waiting another 20 minutes, purchased two drinks, then waited another 10 before checking again. By now, it was around 6:30—almost an hour past my pickup time. When I asked again, he said, “Oh, you still wanted it?” Like I was just hanging around Qdoba for fun. I told him yes, I still wanted my order, just without the items they didn’t have.

He eventually brought me a bag with chips and asked if I wanted a bag to carry it along with my drinks. I said yes, and he handed it to me. I reminded him that I ordered bowls, not just chips. I had even requested extra rice and beans, but instead, one bowl had no beans at all and neither of them were made with the extras I asked for. Instead, mine was just full of lettuce.

He later told me he “threw in chips and queso because he felt kinda bad.” First, he had already told me they were out of queso. Second, I had already paid for chips and queso. On top of that, it was very clear he was under the influence while working.

Honestly, the whole situation could have been avoided if they had just made the order and let me know what ingredients were missing—especially since extras don’t cost anything.

Love me some Qdoba. The staff were very clearly not enjoying their life, but they still did a good job preparing our orders.

The cost increase for such simple food, is truly ridiculous. $40 for two bowls and drinks. . .

Man this place is sad. She/her/they behind the counter put on a show of some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Throwing orders around, upset about having to bag an order. I was one of 2 (two!) customers there, out of multiple items, dirty dining area, I was made to feel like a complete nuisance. I completely understand the struggle of these jobs, but if the overall experience is one to push customers out and to never return then I will follow as instructed. Not that hard to fake a smile and put forth an ounce of effort. Back to chipotle I go.

I’ve only eaten here once. On my recent visit I decided to use the restroom before ordering food and I’m SO GLAD I did.

The bathroom was disgusting!! I wouldn’t touch it with a 10ft pole. Needless to say I didn’t use the restroom.
As I was waking out I got a glimpse of the food prep area. It wasn’t any better.

I’ll never go back. This was traumatizing.

I like the quality of the chicken quesadilla. And I also noticed that their brownies taste as good as the brownies from Barnes & Noble. And I’m glad the Northwest Arkansas location has finally reopened. And I’m glad that I can earn rewards points during each visit. And when I have 125 points, they’ll give me a free entree.

I Want to give a huge shout out to the crew! Immediately walked in and was greeted by smiley faces and a Friendly resounding hello. The food quality was fresh and the management was on staff. Helping out which is always a huge plus in my book. When you can see management that truly cares it shines through in the work of the employees and the quality of the food.
