I’ve had several good experiences at this store in the last couple years. The food has always been hot and fresh. I especially love the buffalo chicken strips, and the cheese curds are delicious! The staff has been nice, they deliver the food to your table for you, and the store is clean. Great job, team!

I’ve always loved Culver’s. This location is no exception to that. Always great food, fresh, hot. Absolutely can’t beat their Root Beer! 10/10 for the nostalgia of being back home in Wisconsin

After I was almost finished with dinner. Manager told me my service dog was not welcome there. Had service vest on plus I have the proper paperwork but was still told my service dog had to leave. Been coming here with my service dog every week since it first opened and never had a problem until today. Several times in the past, employees even brought out pup cups for my service dogs..
My wife and I are Both disabled seniors and from now on we will go somewhere else where Servic Dogs are welcomed. The manager was very Rude and quite unfriendly. I recommend to everyone I know that please don’t eat here because Disabled elderly people who require a service animal are NOT WELCOME at Culvers in Ozark.

This is our favorite fast food restaurant. The food is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. The custard is also the best in the area.

Training seems to be an issue. I grew up about 15 minutes from the Original Culver’s in Wisconsin. This location is literally across the street from where I live now. I ordered 3 four piece chicken tenders. I explained to the cashier (also the shift manager) that I wanted 2 ranch and 2 BBQ sauces for the tenders. He told me they were 75 cents each. I said No problem. I get home and there were 5 of each. Why would I pay for two extra sauces when they Already gave me 3 of each??? I Specifically asked for our Sundays to be made After our food was ready, as the last time, they were half melted when I got our food. Our turtle Sundays were, again, half melted. They were also out of pecans. Which is a key ingredient in their signature desert. They were missing the cherries and served with short spoons. Definitely Not what Culver’s is supposed to be. Don’t think I’ll be going back anytime soon.

Good restaurant. Very, very clean. Nice, friendly staff. Freshly made food. Very hot and fresh. I didn’t think that the portions were big enough for what we paid. We could’ve gone to Whataburger (our favorite) and received bigger portions. It was a good experience, but we probably won’t be back. Maybe in a couple of years when we want something other than our norm.

I hadn’t ever visited a Culver’s prior to today. I had heard of them as I’ve seen many locations, but I wasn’t aware of the concept until today. The staff was almost friendlier than Chick-fil-A, if you can believe it. I wasn’t expecting so many employees to respond whenever I asked for an order suggestion. The feedback I received shocked me at 1st, but I decided on the mushroom and Swiss basket with onion rings. I’m glad I didn’t notice until we were leaving that there is a blackberry dessert or I might’ve ordered multiple and not even ordered a meal. We were actually told g’bye while leaving in addition to being greeted when we entered. It definitely is a unique experience that I can’t wait to share with my kids one day for us to make multiple return trips.

This is the second and last time we’ll ever eat at a Culver’s. We had the cod dinners, and what a disaster it was. My fiance had fries (way to salty,) and “fresh steamed broccoli” since when is the steaming process known for producing ice cold broccoli? I had a side salad and bowl of chicken noodle soup both extremely run of the mill items. Let’s get to the fish, greasy, slimy, and crunchy in places, completely tasteless and they honestly should have saved the salt from the fries for the fish, the only way to eat it is to scrape the batter off it like we did. The rolls are rock hard even on the inside.
Definitely not worth the $40 we spent on it.

The hamburger was ok. The fries were good. The coleslaw was really good. But I don’t really like the smash burger thing so probably won’t go back.

Culver’s has some of the best burgers a fast food joint can offer. Less greasy than Steak ‘n Shake and Freddy’s with their delicious butter burgers. Crinkle cut fries that were expertly cooked to have crisp, golden-brown exterior and soft insides. Service and cleanliness are exemplary. While custard shakes are delicious, other local fare are my preference. But you’d better decide that for yourself.
