I stopped by here everytime I come to mc comb,but this time I went to kiosk to order,and says can’t take cards,and obvious don’t take cash,went to register, wanted there should been 10 mins nobody showed,there were least two ahead of me ,dont know how long they been there,drive through looked to be going good ,so I went out and went through there but ,person answered, then put me on hold,so by then I was done ,I was waiting again,for least 5 mins ,I was down waiting altogether, by time she came back I was already leaving ,I just said bye

This place im not even sure how they stay in business I ordered on app 10 min before arriving before 4 pm I had 3 meals with an extra drink so I park I put in what curbside spot I’m in app tells me my order is being prepared I’m watching the drive through they moving along v2 different times they had breaks in customers being there I watched several orders come out one lady even motioned she’d be back out then app tells me my food is on its way and then enjoy your food like they have brought bit to me by this time it’s 4:20 I walked inside bc I didn’t know what was going on did they forget I was never rude or anything like that one lady explained my order was being prepared they don’t start it until you pull up so I was fine with that I walked back to my car at 4:47 I was just over it an hour for your food at a fast food chain is ridiculous especially when you see customer after customer leaving with their food I walked back inside and I asked they lady that I spoke with before if she could help me cancel my order all of a sudden bags started being brought up to the counter at this point vim sure my face said it all but I refrained from being ugly with anyone after they brought food the woman would bring out one drink then disappear several minutes then finally come out with another one and continued to do that with all my drinks I don’t understand why they thought they needed to do me that and as I walked out their was a bunch vof giggling my food bother than fries was cold just over all very poor experience I do plan to contact cooperate and I am currently trying to figure vout who the owner of this particular location is so the can be made aware vof the treatment their customers recieve

I put in my app order and sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. I finally get to the speaker and a lady rudely says they were closed. I explained I had an app order and said we’re still closed. I knew better than going to this place. I will never again.

I watched the taller lady in the front literally stop the flow of orders for a few minutes while playing on her phone.

Normally, when we go here, we don’t have any problems only occasionally, but today was another story. I placed a $30 order and all of our fries were cold, the 2 big macs I ordered with extra sauce and they were so dry cause the bread was extremely dry it even looked weird but I didn’t say anything cause I was like well maybe it will still be good but that’s wrong. They were also cold to the point that my cheese didn’t even melt. We also ordered the triple cheese burger with no ketchup add mayo it was also wrong. My daughters happy meal we ordered extra pickles she got three. Literally, the only thing we didn’t have a problem with was our drinks, and it was probably cause the tea was made from the shift the night before. Also, the tables were disgusting. There wasn’t a single table that didn’t have food on it, and the highchairs were even worse had food stuck all inside of them and outside like they probably very rarely wipe them down. If the lobby is that nasty, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. They definitely need to tighten up.

Only doing one star because I have to put something. Trashiest McDonald’s ever been to, garbage service, food, and atmosphere. Don’t make an order for curbside. They are to lazy to bring it to you. Just avoid it at all cost.

Im having a hard time understanding why they pulled every car in the line to wait in the waiting area of the parking lot.. there wasnt even a line it was me and one other car.. they still messed our order up!! Tylertown do better dude… stop pulling ppl to the waiting area if ur not gonna fo ur job correctly!
