Placed an order for two pizzas, waited over an hour for them to be ready, and when I arrived they still hadn’t been put in the oven. I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes on top of what I had already waited. Had to cancel the order and find other plans for dinner for my family. Lots of room for improvement for service.

I came in with my daughter the other day and the manager who seemed to be working alone, was so friendly and welcoming even tho he looked very busy before we walked in, he quickly and perfectly made us 3 pizzas and even entertained my 3 yr old for a bit, I was impressed tbh and the pizzas were great, I wanted to make sure I left a raving review 10/10 customer service from Marquis and pizza

Ordered delivery and received the wrong order, I ordered a personal pan with wings but didnt recieve the pizza and just got fries and wings. When I called the manager up front blamed the staff in the back for the error, literally admitting that they dont check the orders before they go out for delivery, don’t order from here, save your money and get a frozen pizza.

Everything always goes well. Normally we call and order ahead and it’s ready in about 9-15 minutes. The food is always good quality and the employees are so helpful and welcoming. It sucks that their deep dish pizza is only here for limited time because this has now become a family favorite.

That was the saddest excuse for a pizza I have seen in a long time. I ordered a cheese and a pepperoni pizza and when I got there the cheese pizza looked a little burnt, but pepperoni looked fine. I got home only a 10min drive each way and the pizza was already stale as hell. The crust was uber thin and the outer crust was just as thin as rest of pizza. Idk if they were rationing the sauce but I had a pinch on outer ring of the pizza and the rest was dryer then Sierra Nevada. I’m not one to bash on a restaurant but damn every other pizza hut I’ve ever gone to had great pizza and this place needs be shut down. My only positive is I got free ranch.
