This is my first time ordering chipotle and I’m so disappointed! They got my whole order wrong . My quesadillas are missing the fajitas , the sauce was such a small portion. The burrito looked like a bomb. They gave me brown rice instead of white , there was barely any chicken it was all rice and beans. It tasted so cold and the fajitas in it weren’t cooked all the way and were still hard. I had to keep spitting out food as I was eating bc of how hard the few crumbs of chicken were

Extremely Disappointed – Found a Fly in My Food!
I visited the Chipotle in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, on March 20, 2025, expecting a fresh and well-prepared meal. Instead, I was disgusted to find a fly in my food! This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food safety at this location.
Upon observing the restaurant, I noticed the food prep area was not clean, with spills on the counters and employees failing to follow basic hygiene protocols. The dining area also had unclean tables and food debris on the floor, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority here.
When I reported the issue to the staff, their response was indifferent and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility, they simply offered to replace my meal, showing no real concern for how such an incident could happen.
This experience has made me question whether Chipotle enforces proper health and sanitation guidelines. If a fly ended up in my food, what else might be wrong behind the scenes? I will not be returning to this location and urge management to address these hygiene issues immediately.

Night shift employees at this location are lost in the eyes. Key ingredients are often missing or under stocked. Employees have neglected to give sides due to being concerned with playing loud ratchet music from a RGB speaker in the back of the kitchen on top of the existing music playlist. Just blaring awful music, not on theme or consistent with brand. Unpleasant attitudes, the only redeeming quality is the line cooks’ consistency. Food tastes as is expected but front of house staff needs to be retrained. Total incompetence. I only come here out of convenience because it’s the only thing open during my lunch break. Pales in comparison to other Chipotle’s in the area.

Rude staff and a very unpleasant experience. I noticed an extra $4 charge on my bill and asked the male associate if it was for guacamole, but he couldn’t give me a clear answer. When I checked the receipt, I saw I had been charged for extra chicken that I never received.
I went back to question the charge, and instead of addressing it professionally, he demanded that I bring my bowl back so he could “verify” it. The next thing I knew, he was rummaging through my food trying to find this so-called extra chicken—which, of course, didn’t exist. How about trusting the customer instead of digging through their meal?
I did get a refund, but not a single word of apology from the associate or the Manager for the mistake or the rude behavior. Because of this experience alone, this location earns a one-star review.

I wasnt feeling well yesterday so I sent my daughter in to get me a steak bowl she came out I took a bite the corn was FROZEN, The rice was cold the steak was cold and chewy. I went back in and the heavy set hispanic girl said she was the manager She said the other side where they make online orders is hot because its used more??? Apparently the aisle where you order food has frozen everything
No apology just gave me my refund for the bowl. She charged me for my soda which was useless because I had no food to go with.

I went to the Chipotle at 1622 W Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD 21090 and ordered a carne asada bowl. Unlike other locations, they served me the proper portion size right away without me even having to ask.
The food was fresh, the staff was efficient, and I left satisfied. Even though this location charges about 30 cents more, it is worth it for the consistency and fairness in portions.
I will definitely return to this location over others in the area.

The absolute smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I travel almost every week and visit Chipotle because I can get my protein. Typically I double protein up, but tonight I got 1 serving. I normally do NO rice just protein and veggies and guacamole. They had no guacamole, so I got some rice to add volume. They literally took a half spoonful, and said that is it. I kindly suggested that this was the smallest amount I’ve ever gotten (in 5yr of traveling). The server had the gaul to say, I can double it for extra. So you can give me a full serving for double the price. Unbelievable. You charge $11 for less the 3oz of meat. I measure out my food daily and this could not have been more than 2-3oz of chicken. And you wonder why the rating is 3.3 on Google.

I took a chance despite the mixed reviews. The meat portions were stingy, the dining area was filthy, and the service was rude.
Meat portion: they gave me half as much as my usual chipotle
Atmosphere: music was a little loud, but my main complaint was the mess. The service counter was messy with rice everywhere and I had a hard time finding a table without food or trash on or around it. Also there was a drug addict begging for money in front of the restaurant from every patron.
Service: Served with a frown by a grumpy young woman after standing at the counter being ignored by the staff for two minutes. Also she forgot to give me my drink cup and when I politely asked for it, she looked at me like I had just asked her to kill a puppy.
Hopefully Chipotle reads this review and can give this place an attitude adjustment.
