Good place to stop for lunch not too far off I-70, and you can continue west on Hwy 40 for 30 miles or so, to take a break from the interstate.
In addition to the standard menu fare of burritos and tacos, they have an extensive assortment of authentic dishes posted on the back wall. Their red salsa is awesome, and extremely hot.
This is located in an active cattle exchange building, so be forewarned that there is a certain “atmosphere” to the place, which of course won’t bother anyone who’s spent any time on a farm.
