I don’t ever leave bad reviews, but the experience I had at this location was unacceptable — specifically because of the manager on duty.

I placed a mobile order through the McDonald’s app and paid with my Cash App card. I only had enough money on that card to get my son something to eat. The app clearly showed that my order went through, and the $15 was immediately taken out of my account.

When I pulled up to the drive-through, the first employee told me everything looked fine and to pull forward to the next window. At that point, a different employee got the manager, who came over and told me there was “nothing she could do.” She said she couldn’t cancel the order, couldn’t refund me, and that I would just have to wait and “maybe” the refund would come back in a couple of days.

I showed her on the app that the order was confirmed and showed her that the money was already taken from my account. Instead of helping or trying to resolve the issue, she was dismissive, rude, and made me feel like I was the problem. I was essentially told I wasn’t getting my $15 back right now and there was nothing they would do — even though they had already taken the money.

It wasn’t just the lack of a solution, it was the attitude. As a parent just trying to get my child something to eat with the only money I had available on that card, the way I was treated was degrading and completely unprofessional. Customer service — especially from a manager — should never make someone feel that way.

Hands down the absolute worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. I’ve been there 3 times in the last month (it’s on my way home from work) and all 3 times it was a teeeible experience. 1st time- went through drive-thru, there was two people ahead of me and one person behind me and they parked all of us to wait for our food. They finally brought my food out and I started driving home and my cheeseburger was so messy with ketchup and grease that it was hard to hold and with also being somewhat cold, I threw it back in the bag and decided to eat my apple pies instead. Both apple pies were ice cold. I do not like eating my food that is supposed to be hot as cold food so I threw them back in the bag as well. $15 spent on cold food and a 15 minute wait. I chalked it up to must’ve been short staffed & an off night. 2nd time I went, I went in. Oh my gosh I’m surprised the board of health hasn’t shut this place down. I walked in near the drive thru which is near the beverage station and it was absolutely disgusting! The floor had spilled soda all over it with dirty napkins on the floor and the paper from the straws tossed all over the place. The counter where you get your drinks was gross, soda spills all over it, trash all over it and one machine broken. Needless to say, I did not order a drink. I ordered my food and got it to go. My burger was fine but my apple pies were once again cold. I don’t mean cold as in room temp either, I mean actually cold. This time, I was actually irritated, more money down the drain due to laziness of the staff not doing their job. 3rd time I went I hoped for the best. I forgot to take lunch with me to work and I was absolutely starving. I went through drive thru again. I was told to park again even though I was the only one in the drive thru. I only ordered a burger and apple pie. Once they brought my food out I took a bite of my burger and the bun was hard and stale, tried my apple pie and cold AGAIN!!! Are you kidding me?! This time I’ll so angry. Three visits in a month and all 3 times were a complete waste of time and money. I spent $50 on trash that I never got to eat. I stopped at a McDonalds by my house this weekend and my burger was great and my apple pies were delicious and WARM as they should be. I’m not sure what the problem is with this location whether they are seriously short staffed or if they are too lazy to do their job but I will never go tp this place again.

Every time I come here there is a problem, not enough staff, food is cold, this last time had to be the worst. Waited in line for drive through for 15 minutes and was stuck bc had line behind me and in front. Ordered and proceeded to wait in line for another 25 minutes, and the manager even went on the tablet at the window I was at avoided to look at me and disappeared again. I wish I could say I was exaggerating the time but this McDonald’s is truly garbage.

App is AWFUL and the opposite of intuitive. Local store provides poor service, even when you ask for help with their malfunctioning kiosks. Corporate is worse and uses AI to generate support emails that don’t address your issue and deliver zero satisfaction. VERY DISAPPOINTED, so I no longer support this restaurant or chain.

Went there to use the restroom. It was very clean & well stocked. That’s the only reason I gave more than one star. The rest of the place was what, in my limited experience, I believe is typical of McDonald’s.

My husband got food in the drive through. They forgot to give him the sauce he asked for & the expected napkins.

I tried a bite of his cheeseburger & a few McNuggets. The burger had a soggy bun on the edge. The mustard sauce is different than I remember it. Not an improvement, imo. It used to be darker yellow and tangier. Now it looks lighter & tastes more like mayo.

I felt sorry I’d eaten any of the food. If we’ve been on the road with no other quick options, I’ve eaten from a fast food place, but rarely. Otherwise, I just don’t.

I should have taken a pic of the clean rest room, but didn’t think of writing a review until I was on my way out of the “dining room.”

Associate dropped bag out of drive through window. In the rain asked to get what was in bag replaced. All they did was rebag it. 1 out of 4 orders are always wrong if there was another closer I would quit this one. Sad.

Ordered extra cheese in burger but given with one American cheese in it, manager came on front with lot of attitude and said this one cheese inside is full and we put normally half and for extra cheese we gave you full, funny enough for me as I buy same burger nearly everyday and get two cheese inside when order extra.
This seems like specific new recipe for this branch. HALF CHEESE FULL CHEESE

This is the only Mickey-D’s near us with a play area! It’s a lil bit of a ride but on a rainy day…. it’s sooooo worth it They even have a touch screen thing with games & paint things.

McDonald’s has fallen to the food scams just like every where else . today I ordered some chicken nuggets and as I pulled one out of the box it felt light as a feather and the sun showed through the nugget, see pics attached 6.50 for a 20 piece 10.00 for a 20 piece . This is getting out of control . A few months ago those nuggets were 3/4” to 1” thick now they are 3/8” thick .so disgusting that McDonalds is doing this crap too . I think in general people are ok with slight price increases but at the same time don’t increase price and then reduce size or volume of the item very bad business !!
