The workers were very friendly and efficient. The food was hot and some of the best KFC I have had in years. The bathrooms were very very dirty.

Didn’t get what I ordered! I ordered 2 double down combos with mashed and gravy, then side of slaw and Mac and cheese. I was told they were out of Mac n cheese so I said make it 2 slaw. Never got my mashed and gravy. Was disappointed.

I first tried to call in an order at the valley Station location, the girl sounded confused and rude and stated they didn’t take orders over the phone, I then called the PRP location, the lady was very pleasant and took my order, when I picked it up she was just as pleasant, thank you PRP
