I’m disappointed in Taco Bell and the food we had received. For $24, (8 tacos), you’d assume it would have been quality food. While, the Beefy-5 layer was filled (not sure if it wasn’t expired – long story) but the soft Tacos were bare to the bone. When we showed them, they said that’s normal.
Nothing done about it but I’ll let you be the judge if this is normal.

I wish i took a picture of my food that was in the bag. My burrito was not wrapped as well as my boyfriends hard shell taco witch was broken I normally don’t do bad reviews especially when it comes to fast food. Since I’ve worked for fast food and have the patience and understanding of what the employees go through.
At 10:19pm My boyfriend and I went through drive thru and started off with the cashier giving off attitude. Acting like we are being intrusive and she starts rushing. “Is that all.” Instead of saying “can i get you anything else. “
We go to the window slams the door open told us the total with attitude, took the card slamed the window closed. Then she gave us our card back. Had turned to watch her show that she was playing on her phone. Then gave us our food and we drove off.
Now, since this is not the first time this taco bell location has forgotten an item in our bag so we checked the bag befor driving out the parking lot. We orderd 5 things and we only gotten 4.
So we went back in drive thru being calm and cool, because again I and my boyfriend had worked fast food before so we understanding the mistakes and no need to yell at an employee.
We get to the window and she said, “um, hi?” We said “yes sorry we are missing 1 hard taco” She said “well you could have told me that at the speeker and we could have given it to you faster.” Again with attitude. I’m staring to because impatient but kept my mouth shut. She then hands us the taco wrapped as is not even in a bag going the window we said thank you and she said ya.

Where to begin, typically Taco Hell is scraping the bottom when comes to dining out. Mother-in-law likes tacos there so we accommodated. I decided on a grilled cheese steak burrito with NO sour cream at the drive-thru. Food was bagged and ready before I could even pay (never a good sign). Got home, opened it up and took one bite. Hmm funny… no steak taste. Looked inside and there was the greasiest ground beef you ever saw, so much melted cheese it bled through the wrap and of course packed with loads of melted sour cream. I write this review bc I can’t undo the lingering bad taste. If you value food quality at all, then steer clear of Taco Hell, esp this one.

Got a really nice taco, and a horrible quesadilla. Actually, the freshest taco I’ve ever had from a Bell. Sadly also the worst dilla ive ever seen exist in society.

I used the drive through. It was fast, my order was correctly done and the food great! I love it when my taco shells are crisp and crunchy! Will visit again without hesitation.

Online order pickup in drive thru. Useless to customize your order, they make it their way regardless. Specified sauces for each item. When employee at window was asked if sauces and napkins were in the order, he seemed very irritated and reached under the counter and grabbed handfuls of each sauce and extremely large amount of napkins. When I arrived home I counted 84 packs if sauces and over 100 napkins. I only had 6 items and had only specified 24 packs of sauce. There were 60 packs of sauces that were wasted. I have been to this location and several other Taco Bell locations in the past and after paying for my order was told they were out of most of the sauces or all of their sauces. It’s very aggravating to order dinner for your family and after paying for your food being told that there are no packets of sauces available and you have to eat your food dry. Or asking for napkins because your eating your lunch in the car because it took so long to get your order and being told that their out of napkins. I can see why there’s always a shortage of sauces and napkins if other employees are wasting products like this particular employee did. Spoke with someone in managerial position the next morning at the store and she didn’t seem interested or concerned in what I had to say. If managers cut down on employee waste then it would help reduce price increases on your food.

Normally come here because the other Taco Bell’s in the area either forget my food, or they don’t make it right. This time they forgot both of my soft tacos that I paid for and I was so upset I normally check the bag but I trusted this Taco Bell I always have a good experience here but I am beyond disappointed! Just tell me you’re not going to make it so I don’t pay for it and don’t even get what I paid for thanks! Do better

I ordered a luxe box and an extra supreme taco. I was handed the luxe box only. I asked if the supreme taco was in the luxe box, the drive thru attendant confirmed. There was no supreme taco in the box.

Me and my husband went through drive thru and the lady over the intercom was very rude and disrespectful she was rushing us to order and then kept saying what else do we want and wouldn’t let my husband order anything he just had to find something that was on the menu because she wouldn’t give him anytime to look didn’t even ask for sauces or anything I definitely will not be back here and I am going to let my friend and family know to not go here in the evenings and also on top of the rudeness when we got our food and got home my soft tacos that I ordered literally looked like it was thrown on the wrapper and wrapped up same with my husbands food
