Great service, every single employee was smiling and friendly, greeted us when we came in and said goodbye when we left. Fun atmosphere with a game/arcade area for the kids. Pizza was OK, my kiddos didn’t like the hard crust on the bottom, but I liked it ok. There’s also a small salad bar and a selection of beer for those who drink.

I am writing this with a very heavy heart, and at my age that is not something I do lightly. This message is meant for Mr. Colombo himself, as I feel he should know what occurred under his roof. I have been on this earth for 89 years, and I have dined in many establishments, but I have rarely felt this level of disappointment.
From the moment we walked in, I sensed something was not quite right. A young lady informed us that our food would take about half an hour, which I found reasonable and acceptable. However, that half hour quietly turned into well over an hour, with no explanation and no food in sight. My poor young grandkiddies grew restless and upset, as children tend to do when they are hungry.
What saddened me the most was seeing little Carlos so distressed from the long wait and lack of food that he wet his pants out of sheer frustration. No child should ever reach that point while sitting in a restaurant meant to serve families. It broke my heart, truly.
When the food finally arrived, it was not worth the wait nor the upset it caused. I left feeling not only disappointed in the service, but deeply saddened by the experience as a whole. At my age, time is precious, and so is the care of one’s grandchildren. I hope Mr. Colombo takes this to heart and ensures that no other grandmother has to leave feeling the way I did that day.

I’ve been eating here since I was in college. This is a great mom and pops pizza shop if you’re looking for one, They have great pizza, sandwiches, pasta, & a salad bar. They also do you have a beer and wine license too. They have a great kids area now!

First restaurant I ever ate at, and still one of my very favorites. I’ve been nervous about the new ownership, but this place has kept going. The pizza maybe isn’t what it used to be (I’ve had great crusts, and not so great crusts recently) but I love that it’s still here. Bobcat Special and a pitcher — you really can’t go wrong.

Been going to Colombo’s for over 20 years…. Cannot believe how far the quality has fallen under new ownership. Went from best pizza in town to eating cardboard-level bad… such a shame. Revising my 5 stars from 8 years ago to 2 stars. Hope it gets better…

We happily agreed to wait 45 minutes for 2 large pizzas. An hour later they told us they made a mistake on one of the pizzas but they would bring us two instead of the original 1/2 and 1/2. Another 10 minutes go by and we get 1 of 2 of the pizzas we had originally ordered. Another 10 minutes go by and we received the 2nd pizza we ordered and the one they supposedly put in last minute to correct the mistake. At 6:00 PM we were quoted 45 minutes. At 7:20 our pizza finally hit the table. Staff couldn’t care less. We won’t be back!

Near campus. They were understaffed right when they opened at 5. Showed up around 530. Sign right above where you order for pizza by the slice but that wasn’t an option so we had to order a whole pizza. Then we were told we couldn’t order a small, had to be a large. Fine we’ll take some home. Finally got the pizza around 650…and no better than Pizza Hut in my opinion. If we were eating there why would they bring it to the table in a box? Weird. Lots of unbussed tables around us. Salad bar looked not great. Parking on the streets for free if you can’t park out front.

Been eating here for 20+ years, used to be the best pizza with there pink sauce. Tonight was not Colombo’s pizza. New ownership has changed the best pizza to the worst pizza. I can go to the store and get a better pizza for the price. So sad this has happened

Stopped in for a slice and salad for lunch but was disappointed in the pizza. At $13 with tip definitely a deal but the deep dish slice was small, with not much cheese, sausage, or sauce. And frankly the restaurant was pretty empty for 12:45.

To the new management, please don’t skimp the original pizza which we all love. We understand that prices are getting higher and would pay a little more for OG Columbo’s Pizza. I will come back again and revise my review as I hope for your success.

Previous Review: Had a hard time getting through on the phone but scored the pizza a 5. Management responded and took care of me!

This is a great little pizza place. The regular pizza is amazing but I saw they have a deep dish type pizza, looking forward to my next slice of pie. There is also a Fun Zone in the back, with a variety of games. Oh a shout out to Cassie, well done!
