Outstanding customer service from the Tyrone Square Chick-fil-A. I needed to arrange a last-minute catering order for 20 people, which multiple other restaurants in the area declined to process. This location accommodated the request seamlessly. Chris was exceptionally helpful, following up quickly by phone to guarantee the order was processed and delivered on time. Fantastic food, perfect delivery, and top-tier service. I highly recommend them and will be a returning customer.

Didn’t have a great experience at the Tyrone Square Mall Chick-fil-A in St Petersburg. My son has a dairy allergy and always gets the same thing without an issue, grilled chicken on a multigrain bun. When he ordered and told the manager to simply mark the ticket as a dairy allergy the manager told him “all the buns have dairy.” My son knew this wasn’t the case because he always gets this sandwich but was reluctant to place the order so he didn’t. Management should be well trained on allergies and ingredients to accommodate, not just make untrue blanket statements.

Today, September 22, 2025, during lunch hour, I went to the pickup line to order my food. After placing my order, I went to the spot where I thought I was supposed to receive it. Josh, the person in charge of handing out the food, spoke to me with arrogance because I had not noticed exactly where the actual stop line was. Honestly, I didn’t know. I stopped near the pickup door, which was just a little ahead of the line he mentioned.
I believe things can be communicated in a respectful manner, and I would have gladly been more careful next time. However, Josh spoke to me with arrogance, looked upset, and even handed me my food with an unfriendly attitude.

Never thought I’d be giving a Chick-fil-A a bad review. The sign clearly says they offer grilled or fried 30 piece nuggets, after asking for said grilled nuggets I’m told they only do them fried here. So I told the cashier AND the manager (cuz she turned around and asked what I was talking about) that it’s false advertisement and they should prolly fix that. The manager just turned around and ignored me. Then it took over 15 minutes and 3 people in front of me got their food before me, coincidence? I think not. Kierstyn (manager) doesn’t seem doesn’t seem to embody the same Chick-fil-A attitude as every other location I’ve been to. This place is tragically sad and should be ashamed to call themselves a Chick-fil-A.
