Sidepiece, which is a late night window out of Basalt, is truly amazing and exactly what this city needs! Grand Rapids lacks late night food options and this is an incredible concept with food that is actually AMAZING!
Steven made one of, if not the best smash burger I have had in Grand Rapids. It was tasty, yet not too complex, but still creative. It was the perfect burger. The taquitos were incredible and a must get menu item when you go! The nacho cheesier burrito is delicious and will have you saying “Taco Bell who? Sorry, I don’t know her.”
I also love how they have chips and drinks like gatorades and such lining the take out window. It’s so fun!
