Odered a #3 and #7 with a side of bacon cheddar bites and a 8 piece nugget and didnt even get the nuggets, waited in line for 15 minutes and had to repeat my order 4 times. Over all terrible service and food. Make sure everyone wears hairnets and gloves too dont need people touching their food before serving it to others

I ordered a double whooper with cheese meal and a bacon king meal. The double whooper with cheese, had one patty and no cheese, the Bacon King add mustard, no mayonnaise. Keep the ketchup, had no ketchup or cheese on it. The app where I ordered it will not let me submit the complaint. It freezes every time. I expect a refund or I expect a to be made whole

Whoever worked 7/2/24 at 10:30 pm HOOKED MY SANDWICH UP!! It was PICTURE PERFECT. It was hot, exactly like I ordered it, and send out expeditiously. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a BK in years. (SN: My meat was sliding out the back, so it wasn’t very prominent on the photo. Sorry, but if it’s not messy, it’s not good. )

Absolutely the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The young lady who took my order, I spoke slowly, clearly and precisely, and she could never t get it! I repeated the order again and she repeated it back incorrect again and then she acted like I was the inconvenience?! Really?!
I will never go back to this Burger King again!!!

There were too many mistakes in our order, and the first 2 I let pass. The swapping of a treat for a toy or food item I chose to swap BUT they left out my children’s fries .. she said it can’t be an applesauce AND fries. However, I expressed i swapped a toy and got one, and the kids already opened them, so I couldn’t return them. She acknowledged it was her fault, BUT I had to pay for them NOW. Smh. I just ate the rest of our mistakes (shake instead of iced coffee, no drinks added to our dine in tray. No sauce that was entered in the kiosk)
