To start off, this is a really pretty restaurant. I’ve attached photos of the visually appealing and artistic ceiling lighting/decor. Lighting is appropriate for a date night, but very family friendly. I’ve been to this location a handful of times and a good time is always to be had. The food is nearly always perfect, but the servers are always eager to fix anything for you.
Our server last night was Sameer and he was wonderful. Even though we arrived close to last call for kitchen, he kindly made us feel tended to throughout the evening and even discreetly accommodated a special birthday sundae for my best friend.
The bread and butter were great as always. I ordered a zero proof margarita which I was not a fan of and Sameer was more than happy to exchange it for the passion mint fizz, which was great! We also had the meatball sliders. These are always very hot lol so give it a minute to cool down before consuming. Lastly, I believe the birthday boy had a Japanese whiskey sour, which he was very happy with.

Came here on a busy Friday evening. The service was decent & friendly, but I know it’s because they were busy. I had the Mac and cheese cheeseburger which was good. I did like the skinny menu options, for those who want to stay within macros of course. Overall, decent quality & the menu is so extensive, and affordable. I wouldn’t get steak here lol. Go to a steakhouse for that experience. Parking is trash in the area so prepare to hit the garage. The bathroom was actually clean too and they have a changing table.

The food was delicious and everything was prepared with great flavor and presentation. The atmosphere is family-friendly, comfortable, and perfect for enjoying a meal with your partner or loved ones. The service was very good, and the staff was attentive throughout our visit.
The only thing that could be improved is the wait time for some of the larger entrées, which took a bit longer than expected. However, the quality of the food definitely makes up for it.
Overall, highly recommended — great food, great ambiance, and a place we would definitely return to.

Came here because a friend recommended it, and it definitely has that classic comfort-food, fast-casual vibe. The portions are huge, and the place was pretty busy when we arrived, which is always a good sign. I didn’t get to try the cheesecake, but my friend said it’s really good.
The avocado roll was delicious — super fresh and flavorful. The Steak Diane was also great, and the red wine sauce was surprisingly tasty.
Overall, a solid spot if you’re craving hearty food and big portions!

Our server Payal was absolutely amazing. Her service was warm, attentive, and genuinely made our first visit special. She recommended some of the best food and drinks they offer and she did not miss.
Everything tasted incredible, the vibe was great, and the experience overall was 10/10.

We hadn’t been in Cheesecake factory for about 6 years, the first time we didn’t like it that much, this time the experience was good, we had a few dishes:
Ahi Tuna and Shrimp Ceviche 9/10
Street corn 10/10
Smashed double cheeseburger 8/10
Cheese flatbread 8/10
Chicken quesadilla 6/10 (good flavor, too little chicken, no sauce)
Chicken Katsu bowl 9/10
My wife enjoyed the bread more than anything, soft, tasty and crunchy at the same time.
Overall we had a great time and our server Steve J. Was great making us feel welcome and his customer service was excellent, kudos to Steve, keep up the good work and keep smiling.

My wife and I went during happy hour to check out the food. We sat at the bar and had an amazing bartender Isaiah serve us. He was very attentive, kind, and had humor. Highly recommend families and couples to come by for some food. Great job guys.

We ordered on National Cheesecake Day. Despite making a reservation and arriving on time we had to wait about 15 minutes for our seating. After sitting, we waited a little, had our orders taken, and received our water and bread, I assumed the bread was sparse or sum as we only received about 3 pieces of complementary bread, nothing more for the rest of the night. We also had waited for our food for a good 25 minutes, despite ordering quick appetizers and lettuce tacos… yes, LETTUCE tacos, we still had to wait a considerable amount of time for that. After that, we wanted cheesecake for dessert as per the discount on the app but the waitress told us that it is only 1 per party, which was weird because the app did not disclose this before but I guess it was just a new in-store policy, after explaining this, we were still able to receive a discount on one cheesecake to stay and one to go, (also waiting such a long time for that too) we also wanted to take one more to go, but we weren’t allowed to get a discount on both so we just took one. The waiter was nice about it at least (pregnant woman with dark hair, and super attentive) but I wish they communicated this sooner and attended us on time, I also found it weird that they randomly switched waiters on us along our wait time, from one gentleman to the pregnant woman, even though he was still taking orders in booths on our side(??), so both were attending customers on our side of the restaurant but we still waited that long for our food. Next time, I may want to bring it to their attention if they take that long again because the portion sizes were not even coherent with the wait time, likee, at all. Overall, there wasn’t too much of an issue with the quality of our food and cheesecakes so would recommend going again, just not if you’re hungry and in a ready-to-eat mood, or on a first date because of how awkward it might get waiting that long, and how some of the waiters are moderately attractive, even if they decide to not serve you anymore mid dinner :/ then again who. even. has. standards. if they are allowing this restaurant to be a first date…. Jk, but seriously, please fix yalls portions, wait time, and respectfully, customer service.

What an outstanding hostess we had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Charisse J from the moment we sat down, she was attentive and sweet young lady to talk to you. Constantly coming over and asking if we needed anything. Obviously, the food was amazing and the atmosphere was incredible. Definitely recommend if you’re in Queens come to Cheesecake factory and say hi to our girl “Charisse”
