Such a gem! We stopped here while passing through Santa Fe and it was the perfect spot for a fresh, delicious meal. The salads were creative, packed with flavor, and super satisfying. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. The vibe was relaxed, service was friendly, and the patio was a great bonus. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area. We’ll definitely be back!

In my experience the food here tends to be of good quality, the servers are pleasant, and although the indoor atmosphere is not my vibe, the outdoor area is quite enjoyable. Parking can be tricky. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I don’t like feeling like a mark. Which is to say, I think every business should make a profit, this is the nature of business. However, a perfect example is my recent Kale Caesar salad with chicken…It did not resemble $5 worth of ingredients or time and cost $25. There were exactly 4 “pieces” of chicken, a couple anchovies, and about a dozen chopped peanuts…I love the idea of this place but y’all lost me at some point in the last 5 years.

I had sauteed kale and mushroom soup. It was just enough for a dinner. I also had the carrot cake for dessert. It was fabulous and not overly sweet. The food was outstanding. Although I got takeout, the atmosphere looked uplifting and the backyard courtyard was particularly nice.
The only thing to note was the the woman who took my order seemed to be having a rough time trying to keep up with multitasking customers on site along with incoming phone calls. This seemed to affect her mood and patience with taking my order.
I would definitely come back here again!

Loved this restaurant. Delicious food. I had a veggie sandwich with grilled seasoned tasty veggies and cheese. Side was the mushroom stew which was a soup not a stew. It was ok not great. Hubby has a Cobb salad that was very satisfying. Great back patio seating. Inside is very noisy.

Our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. Fresh, flavorful and creative salads, sandwiches and drinks. They have a back patio.
We love New Mexican food but after : meals a day for 7 days, we were thrilled to have some vegetables.
The staff is kind, funny, chill, helpful.
If you are looking for gluten-free, vegetables, flavor and fresh, this is your place. We went 2X and will probably go tomorrow too.

The chef over at vinaigrette prepare and cook the most amazing food! I don’t doubt if they use all kinds of special things like truffle oils and aioli. Savory and delicious. The back outside dining is lovely.

Vinaigrette is the perfect lunch spot, it’s fresh, flavorful, and full of great options. Their salad selection is amazing. I had the kale Caesar with a tuna fillet and it was perfectly balanced and satisfying. We also tried the chopped Asian salad, which was super fresh and packed with flavor. It does get busy, but the atmosphere is upbeat and worth the wait. A go-to for a healthy, delicious meal!

The new seasonal options are amazing. My mom in Oregon is so jealous and says you should start one in Astoria Oregon

We had a wonderful, wonderful server named Gabby who pointed us in the right direction as there were so many great choices on the menu. She suggested the Asian chopped salad and it was wonderful. My mom had the apple cheddar salad and said she didn’t like the red wine vinaigrette, but Gabby assured her it was the perfect pairing — and she was right. We also had the mushroom soup and the soup of the day, which was a chicken chorizo with corn, and they were both absolutely delicious. Definitely make sure to order the focaccia and dip it in the oil — it’s delicious — and their desserts are excellent.
The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, the people were kind, and the energy was wonderful. We were in town from Wisconsin to see the Balloon Fiesta in Albuquerque and spent a few days in Santa Fe — and this was such a great choice. We cannot tell you enough how much we loved it!

Absolutely floored by the entire experience.
The sun was setting as we drove up behind the Modern General, Erin Wades daytime and breakfast experience located adjacent to the adobe building where Vinaigrette operates.
The service was attentive and personable with very accommodating suggestions for our vegan palette. Our drinks were exciting and refreshing. And the salad traded the meat options for a fantastic grilled and seasoned tofu. The ginger sesame vinaigrette was off the charts delicious and the colorful salad knocked our socks off. We had some coffee and a double espresso which both met and exceeded our fanatical standards.
The romantic atmosphere eating outside just made our visit stellar and we will obviously be returning and returning again. The standards Erin Wade has put in place and the quality of produce which comes from her farms is too notch. My head is wavering back and forth not knowing what more to say other than we will have to leave room for dessert next time.
Our day was long and consisted of a drive from Las Cruces to the Jen Tough Gallery for an opening. Santa Fe has many dining options and Vinaigrette must be at the top of your list.
