So I use to like this location but ive been 3 times in the past 2 weeks and 2 out of the 3 times I had multiple pieces of hair in my bakery treat. The first time in was about 5 different strands and the second time I completely tour the cookie apart before eating it and found 2 strands of hair. The hair was literally Embedded into the cookie and the week before I got a brownie with hair in that too. So for the first incident I did receive 2 coupons for my trouble and told that my complaint would be passed down. when I used the first I noticed no hair but with the second coupon I got a cookie + sandwich and ofc hair in the cookie again. I did notice some familiar faces when getting hair and not getting hair in my food but either way I wouldn’t recommend this location as of now.

I had a simple REQUEST! I wanted a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant with no tomato or lettuce (not the white bread it comes on, and as u can see they still put lettuce and tomato ) I was first told I couldn’t get that, to which I asked for a manager, RAKIA, RAKAYALYA one of the two, comes and tells me what I asked for. I repeated myself, and was told on but we have to charge you for a bagel. In my mind, I’m like why, bread is bread. So I asked “Why is there an upcharge? I will pay it, just curious!” This girl was so rude and kept rolling her eyes up at me and just kept repeating. I said can I please have contact information for ur GM so I can get the explanation I’m seeking. Mind you 4 workers are just standing around chit chatting. I was told “we don’t have scott’s(I think that’s what his name was) contact info” I said ok, then how can I get it, call corporate or are you franchise? To which she says, “idk google, why do you need to talk to him if I just explained its and upcharge?” Then she walks away and ask Hanna to help me. Hanna walks up very nice, and says “what is it you were asking”. I repeated my question. Hannah said “ohh ok, well the croissant is sold as a single item not as a sandwich item(the other breads come with) ,it’s sold like the bagel is sold, so we have to ring it as such, and then Rudeness walks back over and says “….. said you can refuse service, I just explained that”. I said first off no YOU did not explain any of that, you simply told me you HAD TO CHARGE, so you can go back over there bc Hannah is handling this. Needless to say, THANK YOU HANNAH!! You are very professional and willing to go the extra mile to explain something to customers!!!!! If the DM would please reach out via email, I can’t find your information. . PSA: to the secret person in the back who told RAKAYLA, RAKILA WHATEVER, that she can refuse me service, COME OUT NEXT TIME

Went in today for lunch and while the place was clean and the associate I initially spoke to was quite pleasant and helpful(my receipt says her name was Rickaia) trying to get coffee for my girlfriend was a task that didn’t need to be as difficult as it was.
My girlfriend only ordered a regular large coffee and when she went to fill it up the hazelnut was empty and her backup which is the dark roast was cold. I told another woman(brunette, long hair, purple shirt) behind the counter about the coffees and she immediately put coffee on to brew. I got our food and we sat down to eat while we waited for the coffee, I could see from our table that the associate in the purple shirt was more interested in her phone than getting the coffee out. We got almost completely done eating our lunch before I got up and asked Rickaia if we could have the coffee since the other woman in the purple shirt had gone all the way to the back wall in the kitchen section to play on her phone. Rickaia immediately went to get the coffee and the associate in the purple shirt saw her helping me and immediately realized that the coffee should have been put out a while ago and helped. If I was rating the service completely on Rickaia it would have been 5 stars.
The only reason that I dropped the stars on the atmosphere was because when I went to the mens bathroom it was completely out of toilet paper and paper towels.

I got to my hotel next-door just a little bit late, but I rushed over here for some dinner. The broccoli cheddar soup is always good, and it comes with a baguette. They gave me some butter to put on it, because what good is bread without butter. Employees were very nice. Not a lot of customers here this late, but I heard them being very pleasant to all. So many places to sit at this restaurant, so many different areas that actually offer some privacy. All around, just a good restaurant.

Ordered/paid online for 11:15am rapid pick up. Directions from email advised food would be waiting on pick up shelf. Get there at 11:17am, check shelf no food. They had one employee prepping all orders in kitchen while two employees stood around, the other waiting on dine-in customers with an assist mgr or mgr just walking back and forth. After 15 minutes and several orders being picked up after I arrived I asked if my order was ready. It had been ready behind the counter. Not sure why one of the two employees not doing anything wouldnt place it on the pick up shelf. Food was good but will not be back due to lack of service and process.

I got the Southwest Chicken Ranch Salad as part of my You Pick 2. This salad is advertised as having a romaine lettuce blend, chicken, tomatoes, corn, avocado, tortilla strips, fresh cilantro, and a chipotle drizzle.
I received iceberg lettuce with chicken, corn and tomatoes and dressing. Wrong lettuce, no avocado, no tortilla strips. I could’ve made a sad salad at home.

I have never left an online review but I felt like this was necessary. My wife and I stopped here on a Monday evening and there were not many people eating in. Mostly takeout. We ordered our food at 6:42 and it didn’t come out until after 7:15. Over a half hour wait for two pick two combos. My wife got a grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. I got a turkey sandwich with bacon Mac and cheese. The cheddar broccoli soup was cold when it was served and the mac n cheese was lukewarm and appeared almost as if it had been sitting out for a little bit. Do not recommend. I do not understand how such poor service and quality was provided with such a low customer volume on a Monday evening.

In town for a wedding and was staying at a hotel nearby. We ate there for lunch.I got the Pick 2 with Half a Avocado, Turkey and Bacon Sandwich and a bowl of broccoli mac and cheese and a large drink. The meal was fine and food tasted good. Dining area large and comfortable. Staff was friendly. It was a little expensive. Overall I was satisfied but not overwhelmed by the quality.

This was the first time at this Business . I order inside to go. And it took about 20;to 25. Min. But I wasn’t upset because Im watching them make everything freash the workers were very respectful. All in all I would recommend them the food soups are good and as are the sandwiches.

Picked up my food took it was short whole turkey bacon club and a bowl of soup had to drive back and get acted like I was lying no sorry never offered me anything for the extra trip back. Will not be going back to panera again prices are out of control for this food
