I have been going to this Dunkin Donuts for years, and never had an issue until today. My husband and I went through the drive thru and placed an order. My husband was driving so he handed the cashier my debit card. The cashier gave us the coffee and the receipt and said I’ll be right back with your muffin. While he was gone, my husband asked if he gave us back my debit card. I looked in my wallet and it was not there and so I looked around and did not see it. So when the cashier came back and handed us the muffin, we asked for the card. He said he gave it to us with the receipt. We then looked through the car and outside the car just to make sure we didn’t drop it. Nothing. So we moved our car into a parking spot and I went inside to find my card. The cashier and a female worker who was casually talking to two Hispanic male customers said they did not have my card and would I like to speak to the manager. I said yes and the girl said I would have to wait for her to get back from the bank. I was very frustrated because both workers didn’t walk around to see if they saw the card and pretty much accused me of getting the card back. I started to walk out and I said “great now I’m going to have to cancel my card.”I went back outside, looked through the car and parking lot again and a lady appeared who claimed to be the manager. She said she looked at the camera and the cashier gave us back the card. She then said she did not appreciate us yelling at her employees and holding up the drive thru. We got back on our car and continue looking for the card. The manager walked out of the store, handed my husband the card and said have a nice day (very sarcastically). We asked where they found it, and she ignored us and got in her car. So we left. I don’t know if the owner reads these reviews, but I just want you to know that you have a serious customer service problem at your store and should provide your employees with some training and oversight. This will be the last time I come to your Dunkin Donuts.

Not the same Dunkin from years ago. Customer service is terrible. Walked in today and wasn’t greeted, no big deal…probably busy. Two workers just stare at me. I then notice a sign on a chair in the main area saying inside service not available. I asked if they could just ring up my order at the drive thru window. That was a no for some unknown reason. As I said at the start of this rant, this place has gone down hill. Previous visits have gone similar…bad customer service and lack of an assortment of donuts. Hopefully the next owner can turn it around.

Went on this morning, February 15, and ordered a simple order. The lady at the drive-thru was EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. It’s as if she didn’t want to be there. She made a mistake with the order and said to me, I made it. I ordered two chocolate glazed and she gave me two frosted chocolate. She either can’t read and doesn’t know her own menu or doesn’t care. This Dunkin’ is the worst in Columbia. Stay away! If there’s a woman at the window with braids/twists and a long, droopy looking face, ask for help from someone else. I’m a Veteran too and the disrespect was appalling.

I love Dunkin but the customer service skills of the employees are at an all time low. This is based on several experiences. Please get your employees some customer service training because great customer service is not a given quality. Please do better. I’ll be going to Starbucks from here on out.. service and drink capacity is always the same. It doesn’t vary based off the BARISTA!! Do better.

The employees here have the worst attitudes and are so slow moving. They do not move with any sense of urgency or sense of being considerate of people’s time in the morning. Although, it really doesn’t matter what time of day I’ve gone to Dunkin, it’s it’s the same thing. They’re slow moving and act as though they’re doing customers a favor by showing up to work. It’s like they’re asleep on the job. On this morning, they had the line backed up to Two notch road and I was in line for 20 minutes! That is absolutely ridiculous! I ended up getting out of line and going to Starbucks where I was able to get my breakfast in my coffee in 6 minutes. Dunkin needs to clean house at this location and get better on-site management, because the manager is no better than the employees. Now I don’t trust Dunkin in the mornings and I’ll be headed on over to get my money to Starbucks…so I can get my food and get to work on time without wasting time waiting in Dunkin’s line for 20 minutes.

Absolutely ridiculous. Pulled in to grab donuts January 2nd 2026, 4:02pm. Wanted to get 2 dozen mixed donuts and to go inside and select them for my family. The one lady that was working told us it was drive thru only with all the doors unlocked and no sign on the door or drive thru window. However she had her CHILDREN at a table coloring or eating or something. Being too bothered to take our order inside because she was baby sitting instead of working. We will take our money elsewhere since it’s an inconvenience to let us see the donuts.

The worst Customer Service ever rude nasty the mixed lady with the dreadlocks in her hair with the glasses and the old black lady rude they do not need to work in the front. I walked in the store no hello hey how you doing welcome to Dunkin’ Donuts she looked at me and walked away But two old white man come in behind me and all of a sudden she has Customer Service, which is hilarious. I will never go to that Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service is rude
