I don’t know how they stay in business. I was in line at the drive through and sat for 20 minutes. I was the fourth car in line. Only one car got to order and here we sit 15 minutes and the 2nd car still has not been waited on. No one in the dining room. The service is awful. How they have any customers is beyond me. I hope they go out of business if they keep operating like this

I went to Arby’s tonight and I had told them that I had called last week after getting the wrong order. I told them that I had called last week and the manager had taken my name. The guy at the window said he was the manager and that the other female standing there was the other manager. So they said they didn’t take my name. Then the male manager asked me if I had a receipt. I said know I didn’t. They made me feel like I was lying which I didn’t. I understand that they get this all the time but as soon as I had got to the window they were being defensive. I went ahead and paid for my meal and when the male manager was giving me my card I took it and he said don’t grab things out of my hands which I didn’t. I have worked at fast food and as an employee with customers. I would have never treated a customer the way they treated me. I have plenty of money to pay for my food, so I had know reason to lie. I will never go back to the Bryan Arby’s They are just rude. Also I have read other reviews from the Bryan Arby’s and I am not the first one to say this.

Great place to hit up on the outskirts of town. We’ve grabbed a bite here many times. The service can be a little slow (even with no line), but the food is good. On occasion the fries are a little cold.

I placed a drive-thru pickup order using the new Arby’s app.
When I arrived, the employee at the speaker told me to wait a few minutes. There was only one car ahead of me, but after 4–5 minutes of silence I had to ask if he was still there. His response was dismissive, saying the customer ahead had a $100 order. His tone came across as rude throughout, I get it, my first job at 16 was an Arby’s and I hated it so no offense taken yet… but this guy was pushing 50.
I offered to come inside to make things easier, but he said to wait until the window was clear.
After several more minutes I shut off my car, I was told I should have come to the window “like I already told you”, contradicting what he said before. I pull around, and see the employee had already shoved the bag out the window trying to rush me, clearly agitated. I asked “hey, what’s up with the attitude?”, he slammed the window while shouting “whatever man, have a great day.”
He never confirmed my order name or provided clear instructions, which caused unnecessary waiting for myself and the person behind me. As a result, my food was cold by the time I received it. Didn’t get my sauce either.
This experience reminded me of the last time I was at an Arby’s in Fort Wayne years ago. That time they refused to honor a mailed coupon while insinuating I counterfeited it

The service at the counter was immaculate! The food was good, but the chicken tenders seemed like they’d been in the warmer a bit long and tasted like fish.

Every time I go there, my order is wrong. It always seems like they’re understaffed. The person at the drive-thru is nice, but seems like she’s rushing because she doesn’t have enough help. I honestly only go there once or twice a year because every time my order is wrong.

Went through drive through the old man working was very rude. Fries are not hot and when I had a fry it tasted like they’ve been sitting out for over 2 hrs. Chicken was straight trash cause that’s where it ended up. Hands down worst service all the way around.

Grabbed a sandwich. Staff was competent and got me my food quickly with no drama.
The few times I’ve dropped in here, I haven’t had any issues. The sandwich was well made, and very delicious. I’ve always appreciated the service I’ve received and the genuine pleasant attitudes of staff. They appear to be happy working there.
I will not address prices, because that is not productive anymore. We all have generated our opinions on that matter, and some may match my own.

I’m sorry to say that the overall experience is not very good anymore. The fish sandwich was really bad, drowning in mayonnaise. Could not eat it as it literally fell apart and fell onto the tray. The self serve condiments were almost empty. One bank of them was completely empty. The old planters were empty and dirty. Realize that it’s very hard to find and keep staff anymore. I can see that the restaurant is on its last leg and may not survive in the area.
