When I walked in no one offered to help me, a guy walked upto register and did something and then left and never came back,10minutes later I asked if they sell taco bundles, the lady in the drivethru was only one who acknowledge me (around 2 minutes after asking)she came to help me but before we found it she had to leave me standing there to take an order in DT she then came back and helped me
The lady in the kitchen kept pulling her pants up and never changed her gloves
Waited another 20min on the food
I will not be going back there

Less 0. Ordered early via Door Dash to avoid the long drive through wait. Showed order for pick up on entry, 50 min later no food. Asked them to cancel my order. Management needs to train folks on managing online orders. Staff were swamped.

I have a very strict diet and always order chicken tacos with double chicken and Pico de gallo to fill out the calories. Apparently the five pieces of tomatoes in this Taco count as the extra $0.90 worth of Pico. Screw you too taco bell and your $15 tacos.

The food is always stale and they use the bare minimum of meat and cheese, choosing to stuff everything with lettuce instead. Go to the Ravenswood taco bell, even my kids noticed the difference in the food and now they always ask me to drive to Ravenswood to get taco bell for them. The pictures are of my “cheesy” Gordita crunch from the Ripley location. Barely any cheese, no sauce and I waited in the drive thru for around 15 minutes. We were the only people there so there’s no excuse for that. I didn’t mind waiting when I thought they were taking so long to make sure the food was made right, but after getting the food home and looking at it, I realized that wasn’t the case
Edited to add the fact that they also raised the prices. The $5 box is now $6 and the food is still stale/old/wrong. .

Absolute worst taco bell to go to. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but after 4 times of eating there while working in the area I have to say I will not ever return there. The staff completely ignores customers, there’s zero customer service, they dont have a bit of friendliness to them, they take extremely long times to take your food. Each time I was there even when it wasn’t busy at all you will wait 20 mins for your food. They do not make the food properly and skimp you on food. My bestie got a crunch wrap. Usually a crunch wrap is pretty thick instead it was like having two tortillas together and basically nothing on the inside. Another friend of mine who was with me was in the bathroom and there was no toilet paper I tell the staff after being ignored for 5 mins I finally just holler back there. Then it took them another 15 mins to tell me oh we dont have toilet paper we are out we can give ya some paper towels. Laziest work crew I HAVE EVER SEEN!

Worst drive thru experience tonight ever. They just literally threw our food in the bag. The nacho cheese spilled all inside, the tacos weren’t wrapped so the dumped all over inside….. etc. And they shorted us to boot. Just a disaster.

Order is constantly missing items or sauces. Got chicken nuggets with none of the sauces. Half of the time the food is cold. Spencer taco bell is far superior for both food and service. Would rather drive out of the way.
They are also priced higher than a corporate owned store. This store is franchised and some items are 50 cents higher or more. AVOID
