This is my favorite pho spot. I have no idea if it’s authentic, but I love it. Generous portions, always lots of basil, sprouts, and delicious thick slices of jalapeño. Fantastic.

Please DO NOT eat here or order delivery from here. I got extermely nauseous from the pho and this strange facial itch like i was allergic to something. Now I notice this horrible smell and white, bubbly, slimy film in the bean sprout/veggie bag that I just blindly poured in my broth. My partner got a banh mi and it had a freezing cold egg on top and contained a thick 1 inch black hair cooked in it. I think the veggie bags are just left out and maybe food reused. Even the lime was dry and flaked. We usually choose a “pho viet” at a different location, but used a new delivery app and it selected this one. Didn’t double check with google because the app reviews were high and menu looked the same – major mistake. Luckily the app gave us a refund. AVOID AT ALL COST – BAD FOOD SAFETY

Though still under construction they have excellent customer service. And the PHO is off the hook. I’ve been to hundreds of PHO spots but this one had the freshest items. Will make this a favorite. Check it awesome

I ordered delivery through DoorDash and regretted my choice after the first bite, even though the place has a 4.7 rating on the app. The chicken pho was a complete letdown. The broth tasted overwhelmingly of caramelized onions (yes, the broth had some), with no hints of cinnamon, star anise, or any other pho spices. The chicken was just shredded meat, covered in way too much pepper. They didn’t include cilantro, only three basil leaves, and the jalapeño slices were nearly two inches thick. Honestly, I wish I could give this place at least two stars, but the chicken is going to my dog, and the soup is going straight in the trash. It’s hard to understand why so many people think this place is worth the money.

Absolutely a must place to stop by and shop. Pho Viet USA excellent food eatery in Washington, DC. They also have online order pickup and delivery service as well. Go there order there and get some good grub.

Unfortunately the restaurant looks dirty and has a bad smell. I didn’t feel comfortable eating their food and had to throw it out after I picked it up!

Super dirty inside, smells bad (like a cockroach-y must) ingredients do not seem fresh, chicken is gristle-y, bread is stale. Tried bc I lived around the corner but absolutely no reason to take advantage of the convenience when pho 72 is just a ten minute walk away. Not even that cheap.
