We had such a fantastic experience at this Indian restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, perfectly spiced, and served hot. Every dish was tasty and beautifully prepared.
Even though the restaurant was very busy, the wait for our meals wasn’t long at all, which really impressed us. The staff were wonderful — friendly, attentive, and they went above and beyond by making a real fuss of our daughter for her 21st birthday, which made the evening extra special.
The restaurant itself is spotless, spacious, and has a really warm, welcoming atmosphere. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in.
We will definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Indian food and great service!
It would be amiss of me not to mention just how busy they were with collection orders — there was a constant flow of people coming and going, and the phone was ringing continuously. It’s clear this place is incredibly popular, and I truly feel like we’ve found a hidden gem.
They also offer a takeaway service (collection only) with a 20% discount, which is a fantastic bonus..

Highly recommended. Top class restaurant – easy access, parking, friendly greeting, light and bright interior – great first impressions. The food was amazing – so tasty and non-greasy. I loved the coriander chutney so much I asked if they could sell it! . Reasonably priced all round and great value for money. It was our first visit, taken there by friends and will definitely go again!

We were greeted warmly when we arrived and escorted to our table. It is very spacious and the staff were very friendly. The food was amazing with excellent presentation and freshness and was brought in a very timely manner, we never felt under pressure . The staff were always on hand when needed , and checked to make sure everything was good.

Exceptional service, surpassing any expectations. The level of hospitality was amazing. Whilst waiting for our takeaway order, in our scruffs and trainers we felt very welcome. Food was excellent, so fresh and beautifully seasoned.

The curry’s are great and there is some interesting choices.
They offer some decent deserts too, gulab jamin which is great too.

Tamarind is INCREDIBLE! Curry is by far my favourite meal to have and I would like to think I know a good one when I have it. The food is absolutely the best I have ever had! I was blown away with how friendly the staff were. The owner is as good as they come. On our second visit, he even noticed I had had a hair cut! A true master of his craft. We have curry houses 5-10min drive away from us, which are genuinely pretty good. But we are more than happy driving the 45/50 mins to get the Tamarind experience. We recommend to everyone we know. We can’t wait to go back. Than you all!
