We are working here from out of town and had a A++ experience. Our FAVORITE location for the Chili’s name!! When you go ask for Ta’quan Thomas. He’s got to be the best server we’ve experienced! He’s such a kind, hard working, good spirited young man. He was so attentive to us but not bothersome or rushing us. More servers sould take a lesson for this man. The food was fantastic too. Most Chili’s have gone so far down hill we are usually hesitant and skeptical to try… Chili’s Management should take notice not just this location but of the servers here if they’re anything like Ta’quan, I’m telling you this young man is a huge asset, not often you have good food and good service. Give this man a bonus plus a raise and train up your team with him as the example. Cant wait to come back and ask for him.

I can’t rate for the atmosphere due to my food being DoorDash, but I am highly disappointed in how I had received my order of food. I had ordered brisket quesadillas unfortunately that is not what I had got. It was a bunch of slop. There was barely any brisket in the quesadillas. The cheese was very overcooked. My food looked like it was just thrown in the box. I will not order from this chilis again.

WOW! From start to finish the service was PHENOMENAL . The host was so sweet and we specifically asked for Camile who was AMAZING we so love her. She was our waitress on 11/29/25 and because of her we returned. As we sat and ate the staff that passed our table, were so sweet and welcoming. It made us feel appreciated as customers. This world can be so cruel but not at Chili’s on Ambassador. I would recommend this location everytime to family and friends. Tammy Lynn and Josh M. wasn’t our severs but was the third server to greet us with a hello and a smile. Thank you to the Chilli’s staff we encountered, you are all SO AMESOME! We love you Camile

This was my first time returning to Chili’s in over a year. The atmosphere was great. But our waitress kept going to her friend’s table and talking for over 10 minutes. It caused a delay in ordering our appetizers. I asked for ice. It took over 10 minutes to get it. Our appetizer came out after 20 minutes. They were served with no plates so we had to use napkins. Then, less than 3 minutes later our food came out. All of our food was great except the pasta. It was cold and just not good. But there was no one to complain to because our server was m.i.a.

Well, no reason to go to Chili’s anymore. They got rid of the classic nachos and replaced them with something that looks like I could have made it in my microwave at home. When I asked about the classic nachos, the waitress looked at me like she had no idea what I was talking about. Also she never came back to fill our drinks.

MARGARITA LOVERS BEWARE. when we went to this location the bartenders were VERY heavy handed. We were pretty much handed a glass of liquor. If you have plans later that day… take it easy. We almost ended up sitting there for a minute so one of us could drive home.

There was no pizza there was no Dr Pepper there was no lemonade. Fajitas looked like it was taken out of an easy bake over and thrown on top of some veggies. The cheese for the fajitas taste like it was plastic (fake) the chicken crispers was so salty it wasn’t even edible. This chilis has gone down in the last year I will not be back and spend $100.00 on nasty food again. I highly recommend you stay away from this place

This was our 1st time at this location. The atmosphere and food was excellent! Jacob was our server. He went above and beyond for us! Very attentive and made sure we were happy! Will definitely be back!

They have a new trimmed down menu. Not enough servers to service a almost empty restaurant let alone a meal time rush. A very long food wait for sub par food. Sad just sad overall.

Stop serving pre-packaged pre-cooked food that anyone can pick up at the grocery store and “heat” it up in the microwave too. The food quality is not good. The only thing made fresh all the way through is the salad. But even that has prepackaged dressing. So no, not one dish is actually made from fresh ingredients. The soups are all just heated up either in boiling water or the microwave. Which is how most of the food looks and tastes as well.

TaQuan has the best service skills of any place I have ever eaten. Dexter, the manager has an excellent team that runs smooth and efficient. Best restaurant experience we have ever had. Spoil yourself and go to Chili’s on Ambassador in Lafayette and thank me later!
