I ordered a peanut buster parfait just asked if they could do half peanut butter instead of all chocolate. Got my parfait and it was literally dripping everywhere dumped all over my car ruined my seats. They put some kind of seasoned peanuts on it. It was horrible!

I stopped in to have some dinner which I ate in the dining room. The staff was pleasant and very helpful, the dining room was clean and comfortable and the restroom was clean and stocked.

I went through drive through and had to wait an entire 4 minutes for the girl to open the window. Just to be met with attitude no drink and she didn’t even know the order. Then had to wait another ten minutes for the order to to be given just for it to, Then surprise surprise, be wrong.
Drove back, took it in and the blond manager, there today at 2:30pm, proceeded to be angry it was wrong, then when the same rude cashier turns and sees that it’s wrong she rolls her eyes and so I said, “you can roll your eyes but it doesn’t make the order any less wrong.” I was then yelled at by the manager that she’s a minor and I don’t get to disrespect her and that I can leave. Before replacing my food! Then when I said she rolled her eyes I was again chastised and told I was being disrespectful to a minor. I’m sorry when did it become disrespectful for the customer to speak out about an employee being disrespectful. Minor or not. I’ve worked fast food a lot and not once would I have gotten away with rolling my eyes at the customer. Horrible experience, horrible staff, and cold food because I had to wait another five minutes for them to fix the messed up food. Thanks DQ on Addison.

Google says drive thru is open till 1030pm it is valentines day 2026 at 1005pm and apparently are closed, 2 workers inside (1 male 1 female) didnt even acknowledge they had customers..

I’ve been waiting in the drive thru for 13 minutes now for one cheeseburger meal. No ice cream, just a simple burger, fries, and drink. I am the only one here in the drive thru and don’t see any one inside, but the employees seem to be having a fun little dance party inside while I sit waiting. Will not be back

Sitting here in the drive-thru right now March 27th at 1620 and the gentleman in the window is talking to the car at the window for 5 straight minutes. No food has been passed they are just non chalantly chatting about something. All the cars behind that car are sitting staring and wondering what’s going on. Great food as always but it seems routine at this location to get slow service.

Terrible service. Waited 20 whole minutes with nobody inside or in the drive through with us, saw four staff members aimlessly walking around through the drive through window, brought our first out of four items in 7 minutes in, bought another in a few minutes later, then asked if we were waiting for anything else. Mind you, we had four ice creams. That was all. Took another 10 minutes to get the other two ice creams out to us, while 3 of the four staff were just standing around inside. Very disappointed.
