So disappointed. I ordered a #8 gluten free. Having to pay $4 extra to be gluten free and my pizza looks like a mess. Toppings not even staying on when pulling to eat. Looks like they wiped the butter garlic knife off in my box. Pizza and a drink for $21… won’t be back.

This is a family favorite! The cauliflower crust gluten free pizza is the best in the state of MI!! These people go above and beyond to keep our food GF including using a dedicated oven to cook it in. Love the crew that works there too. Really nice people.

I had never heard of this place before. The last 2 nights we tried getting Mod Pizza but both locations in grand rapids have shut down permanently. Decided to drive over here and try it out. I ordered inside and took it to go. While I was waiting I notice a shelf with board games and card games to play while you are there eating and having a good time with your family or friends. My thing with pizza is always the SAUCE! Well I have to say, herb &fire pizzeria has an amazing flavored sauce. We all got the build your own up to 6 toppings for $12.95. I absolutely enjoyed my pizza and so did the others I ordered for. Definitely give it a try if u were a fan of mods pizza or even rise pies :). I will definitely go back!

These pizzas are delicious. The crust is perfect and the toppings are great. They are all cooked in a high temperature flaming oven right in front of you and are ready in a few minutes. The staff are friendly and are competent in the art of pizza making. Unfortunately the dining area is more like a mall food court or school cafeteria. This is not a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy your dinner. Definitely not a date night location. However, I would recommend it as a good place to bring the kids.

I’ve recently learned I have a possible gluten allergy and they were super nice about it, getting toppings from a totally separate area and cooking the pizza on a specially designated surface to prevent contamination. They didn’t even bat an eyelash when I also asked for vegan cheese lol. This is one of my favorite go-tos when I’m in town, especially if I’m seeing a movie, and the food and vibe are consistently great every time.

Both of us settled on the Uccello, a meat-centric choice. We added some extras — special cheeses, proteins, and veggies. Service was attentive and direct, much appreciated. The dough held its own; the only thing that could enhance the experience would be real wood in the fire. All things considered, it’s a solid pick for an affordable pizza in Grand Rapids.

Stopped in for a quick pizza, I liked the ordering system here, walk in and tell them what you’d like while they’re right in front of you with all the ingredients just behind the glass. Then go sit and wait for your pie to be called. The tables needed to be wiped down and the bathroom was messy. The pizza was good, although the sauce was a little sweeter than I usually like. Aside from that it was pretty good and would definitely try it again.

We love this place hubby always gets thin crust and I get thick crust. They have so many toppings, different cheeses and sauces you can get other then traditional pizza sauce. They do allow dine in, patio seating and inside you can sit by the doors that open to a screen for some fresh air. Staff are very friendly and fast yes it does get busy and since the pizzas are made to order you could have a wait but it is so worth it…. BTW the jalapeños they have are fresh not pickled and they have no heat or flavor they only down side to hubby’s pizza. We will definitely be returning.

I had never even heard of this business until my uccellos reward card said I get a free pizza from there for my birthday. I called and asked what the specifications were on the pizza and they said they only make 11″ pizzas but it could be unlimited toppings. Staff was friendly, and informative. Pizza was really good and they didn’t skimp on the toppings even though the pizza was a freebie. Restaurant was well-lit and decent sized. Very clean. Lots of different drink choices. I’m a fan.
