Bonhoeffer’s Cafe was a good experience. My boyfriend and I decided on this place based on the menu since there were a lot of things that sounded delicious. We ordered a wrap (I forgot what the name was) and avocado toast. We also ordered two specialty smoothies. The only thing that I was not thrilled by was that the smoothies came out warmer than expected, but you can ask for ice to cool down the smoothie. I really liked this place, and if we go back, I would love to sit out on their balcony.

Bonhoeffers Cafe has a lot going for it, but the execution fell short during our visit.
On the plus side, they have good menu options, plenty of seating, and free parking in a large lot right next to the building, which is very convenient.
On the downside, the service felt disorganized. The person taking our order forgot to pass our ticket to the baristas, so a plain latte and an americano took over 20 minutes to come out. When the latte finally arrived, it was also made with the wrong milk, despite specifying the correct option when ordering.
Overall, it feels like a place with potential, but better organization and attention to detail would make a big difference.

What an incredible place! I can’t believe I didn’t know about it!
Not only is the food and coffee wonderful, the atmosphere cozy and welcoming, but it’s a nonprofit that uses the money for good causes!
It’s got an outdoor patio right on the river, a back room that is quiet, and plenty of tables of all sizes.
The staff is really friendly and helpful for those of us who try to order when we haven’t had any coffee yet! 🙂
I LOVE THIS PLACE! I’ll be back all the time for breakfast sandwiches and scones and quiche – and, of course, their excellent fair trade coffee

The ambience is absolutely wonderful. The vibe is great and it’s a very welcoming place. It’s a great place to have breakfast and work. The staff here is so warm and welcoming.
I have tried the German chocolate mocha, the Milky way, Peppermint O’ Patty in the signature lattes and all turned out to be amazing.
Bagels with cream cheese is simply epic.
In the crepes, I have tried out the Garden Vegetable in the savory section, the Strawberry & cream and Banana foster sweet crepes section. In the sandwiches, I have tried the Avocado toast which turned out to be simply superb. The egg n cheese sandwich and the bon’s Belgian waffles are so yummy. All of the items I have tried there are tasty and price worthy.
On top of that, the service is quick and hassle free. It’s a must visit place for morning breakfast/ brunch if you ever visit Nashua, NH.
Lastly, the washrooms are so clean and tidy.
I have attached pictures of the foods along with this review for relevance.

Friendliest service in Nashua by FAR. The baristas have great recommendations if you don’t know what to get!! It can get pretty busy and I understand why, but I can always find a table since they have a larger backroom area and outdoor seating too. There are plenty of outlets for me to get work done, and there’s a massive free parking lot right next to the building which is unheard of downtown. I love the crepes, not to mention GLUTEN FREE CREPES??! One of my friends has an allergy and has never had an issue here. And side note, they decorate for the holidays which is just adorable. 10/10!

I was excited to take my husband here for weeks after I was here with a friend in the Fall. However we chose a busy Saturday morning. We waited over 20 minutes for two cappuccinos and 40-45 minutes for our food. When the food came out crepes we cold. My husband’s garden crepe had large slices of cold tomato which were too big for the crepe. They should have been chopped and just a few added. My lemon crepe was cold, thick and unappetizing. The cappuccinos tasted watered down. My salad was mediocre.

The avocado toast at this place is INSANE. SO good. I also enjoy their “Milky Way’ espresso drink – it comes in the most perfect mug, and you can just wrap your hands around it and feel the warm hug as you drink it. When it gets cold outside, sometimes they will light the fireplace and it is super cozy in there – the vibe is relaxing and homey. I also just learned that they have “coffee projects” where they use the money made to impact and help communities around the world. Check out their website for the most recent ones. Supporting them doesnt just impact locally – but globally! Highly recommend – for flavors, and feel!

I love crepes, have eaten them all over the world, and was excited to try this place! It wasn’t the best in the world, but it certainly didn’t disappoint. The strawberry and cream crepe was delicious. The California crepe was a little cool and would have been better with the tomatoes diced a bit smaller and maybe the addition of a melty cheese to hold it together better, but all and all it was satisfying. The coffee was quite good too.

This is a great find from the average grind
Off street parking, seasonal outdoor seating with a view of the river.
There is also the indoor backroom seating area with a view! Maintained Rustic vibe in this olde mill building!!
Fantastic variety of delicious baked goods, sandwiches, amazing Espresso, teas & smoothies.
I’ve yet to try it all, they strive to impress & do not want to disappoint you !!

Excellent spot for coffee and snacks. Spacious store with plenty of tables and sofas. Kind staff. They offer a variety of snacks and sweet pastries. Their cafe latte is average, but we loved their blueberry coffee cake and pumpkin crape. Their pastries do not taste too sweet. They reminded us of homemade pastries.
