I went to hardee’s today with my husband out of town because we don’t have one. We go to the drive through and sit and wait about five minutes, when finally somebody comes to the microphone and says, hey, our systems are down but they’re coming back up, it’s gonna be about five minutes. We explained we understood, but we were going to choose to wait. We have already drove a half hour for this and we are going to get our food, to which I got a very undermatic, okay… like they were disappointed that I was staying. Next, after about five minutes, they told me it was going to be longer, and I told them it was still okay, I was still going to wait to which they took my order thirty seconds later. Literally seconds. It was at this moment, a man came out of the building and took his jacket off to get in his van was in his van for roughly 5 minutes, got out, Put the jacket back on and went back in the building…. It’s twenty five degrees out?? ….We finally got our food from a middle aged old lady who does not act like she’s very happy to see us. I seriously think they only started helping people.Because it was more than just my husband and I by that point. Very disappointed

Food is consistently not the best here. Soda tastes off, grease tastes old and the quality that you associate with a Hardee’s breakfast is just not at this location. Restaurant is very clean and staff is friendly.

The employee did not take my order correctly. The jeans he had on were horribly dirty and never should of been wearing them around food. Attitude of the employees was bad. Arguing about ketchup being empty. Walking away when customers are waiting. No smile. Bought 2 shakes at almost $5 per shake. They were not even full. I said something to the manager as I waited for the food. All I got was excuses, ice cream is hard to scoop, they have to use a special temperature spoon. Horrible service.

I went to Hardee’s tonight here in Huntington Indiana and I’ve never really had this problem before at other Hardee’s but this location has gotten worse and worse it seems. First, if you’re expecting to get a nice piping hot cheeseburger here, look somewhere else because almost every time that I have gone to this particular location the meat is lukewarm while everything else is hot and the vegetables are over nuked. However, tonight for the first time in a long time I received the most disgustingly greasy big hardee sandwich of all time. The burger was rolled up in so much grease that the bottom bun was completely smashed in and almost disintegrated from how wet it was & the lettuce was completely destroyed, it had way too much cheese & I could have poured the grease off of the wrapper from how much grease there was. This location needs to really step up their selection of workers and Cooks or it won’t last long.

Hardees in Huntington has awesome food, a lot of meal for the money! Their friscoburger is very awesome, and huge! Really a delight! In addition we tried their chicken tenders, and they were very awesome as well! With ranch dip! So good! Really excellent service at their drive- up window today! Truly recommend Herders in Huntington, they are excellent at an affordable price

This is the second time in a week that the food has just been terrible. Definitely gonna be a minute before we go back. Tonight our buns we dry and hard and the fries were old. Last week our chicken was over done and the burger was dried out.

So in my experience, I visited the Huntington IN Hardee’s, I purchased the big ham and switch sandwich, the sandwich didn’t seem right so I addressed the manager, I asked her how many ounces are on the big ham and swiss, she said double the meat, I said ma’am I get that, but how many ounces are on the sandwich. I swear I asked her like 3 times. Well she told me she did not know. I said well what size is the regular ham and Swiss she told me it’s smaller than that, I thought wow how pathetic.

I normally really love Hardee’s food. It costs a little more than other places but totally worth it.
I stopped into this Hardee’s on my way through town at about 7:45 p.m. I ordered the number two superstar meal paid just under $15. The Sprite was good. The fries cold to the touch .
I took about three bites of the hamburger. That’s all I could eat. It seemed as if it was undercooked at first but then it was kind of rubbery. Again usually the hamburger meat tastes terrific and Hardee’s. I think they microwaved it or something I don’t know but it was disgusting. I couldn’t eat anymore. It did not present well The onions were not crunchy the pickles had no crunch not even the lettuce. The more I think about it the more I think the whole burger was microwaved. I am not a chef so I am not familiar with what could cause that. So I jump to the microwave idea.
Very disappointing. Overall I will not stop visiting Hardee’s restaurants however for the sake of Huntington and their community I hope that this hardees was just having a bad night or gets their act together!

I’ve always had my issues with this place, but this time made me write a review. Asked for a monster double, just the sandwich. After about a 6-7 minute wait (I was the only one there), I got a single monster instead. The cheese was hardly melted, the bun was wrinkled, the patty was room temperature and dry, had to heat up my sandwich at home after a drive that was quicker than my wait. Why are the burgers here always lukewarm at best? Why are the waits so long when the burgers look/taste like they’ve been sitting out for an hour? And this is one of the more expensive fast-food places… not worth it. The only solace was that the burger was edible, but I can go anywhere else for that.
