Went here last night to get a chocolate shake. They said they couldn’t make it ..
Went again this morning to eat breakfast with a friend and ordered a loaded omelet biscuit and this is what i got .. pathetic.. i also asked why they couldn’t make milk shakes.. NO MILK..
and 4 different sodas in the machine are out… And they’re out of ham…. This place needs to just close down…

Ordered the original bag. The double cheeseburger was raw. Hot ham and cheese was a cold ham and cheese. Fries were cold also. Very disappointed.

The lady that takes the order, I believe her name is Tiff, has an amazing personality and I am always greeted with smiles and laughter. And the food that I got was hot and fresh and delicious. James did a fabulous job making my food. Overall, I enjoy this Hardees food and service and would recommend.

Went to the Hardee’s location in Monroe city missouri this morning,as we were put working. The two employees Shelly and the cook were excellent! Quick service, cooked fresh and talked the whole time with the customers that were in there. I personally would give them A, A+..

This is my favorite Hardee’s … service is exceptional, food is tasty and hot. Shelly is a wonderful employee.
My only complaint is that the App doesn’t give me the option to order the Biscuit with only ham & cheese so I have to order at the window.

Went through the drive through on the way home from work to grab breakfast. Ordered a Frisco breakfast combo (ham) and the wife ordered the breakfast platter. When we got home we had zero hash rounds in either order and my sandwich had zero meat on it, it literally was sourdough, egg, and cheese. Called to complain and the person who answered was very rude and would not do anything to compensate us for the messed up order. They offered to make the hash rounds if I wanted to drive the 20 minutes back to the restaurant. I havent been back since, and I probably won’t be back.

I have had several disappointments with this hardees. Their big meal burger is like 15.00 with tax and it’s always cold and disgusting. You can get a nice hot cheeseburger and fries from Applebee’s or chilis for that. I even sent message to district manager and was supposed to get some coupons. They never showed. To be honest I have not gotten ONE good meal from them. I dont see how they’re still open

Shelly was friendly! Fast! Respectful! She offered to make my hashbrowns fresh and knows my order although a rarely come through! I was in a rush for work and she got me in and out quick!

I went for lunch on Monday. It took 5 minutes to order. While waiting on the rude lady I noticed a roach on the kitchen floor. This is by far the dirtiest fast food establishment iv ever encountered. No one wanted to work or help me. After seeing what I did I canceled my order and left. I can’t believe the health department has shut them down.

I have visited this restaurant numerous times especially one manager sticks out to me her name is Shelly Tarpein . She is always very kind when she takes my order or other customer orders for that matter. She always makes sure I am to get my order in a timely manner and my food is always fresh. Shelly seems to work really well with her crew as well. Everyone knows their job so as a team they can assure to meet all expectations to provide for their customers. I will return again anytime.
