There was a young Black African girl with tattoos she was so rude when I ask for mild hot sauce She charged me $.66 she didn’t even tell me and I thought it was for free ?
And when I asked her, why don’t she tell me you guys will charge for the sauce? She was like my bad And looking at me like she wants to throw hands or some and She was in her late 20s But again some people lazy Don’t never wanna work So that was very unprofessional But one day, maybe she will learn how to treat people and how to communicate

Really not sure why diced onions would go on a quesadilla. Especially 2 of them when that’s not how they’re made or how they were ordered. Of course we didn’t know until we got home and they can only refund if you’re at the store

They really need a corporate manager to come down here and show these guys how to run a store, somehow really simple orders take like 30 minutes which other tacos bells can do in like 5 minutes. Really bad experience.

Seriously the worst Taco Bell in all of Rutherford County. My son is autistic and has ARFID. Taco Bell is one of his safe places to eat. However, we have to order his food with special prep, which requires ordering at the counter with a team member and not on the kiosk. Trust me when I say if I could order his food at the kiosk, I would. This specific location has a big sign in the lobby that states customers MUST use kiosk unless paying with cash. Ok, well what about someone with special prep that isn’t available via the kiosk? We visit a lot of Taco Bells in Middle Tennessee and this is the first one where the employees refused to help at the counter. The girl insisted my husband had to use the kiosk, he said “I’m paying with cash” to which she replied he still had to use the kiosk. When he was trying to explain we had special prep that wasn’t available at the kiosk, she cut him off mid sentence and once again exclaimed he had to use the kiosk. She was flat out rude, so she got some rudeness in return when I lost it and yelled in front of a lobby full of customers that it’s special prep for a special needs child. If she had taken the time to simply ask how she could help instead of rudely demanding we use the kiosk, the whole situation could’ve been avoided. And I blame whatever higher up is telling them to push the kiosks. Because these employees are using it as a reason to hide in the back and not help customers in the dining area.

This store serves good food when they don’t make any mistakes. The store itself isn’t very clean and expect to have missing items if you order miltipacks. Today we get 11 cinnabites instead of the 12 pack we ordered. Service is also very slow regularly.

If i could give zero stars that’s exactly what it would have been. This location is horrible. Rude. Unprofessional. Messed up my order so when they fixed it they made it as messy as possible. Couldn’t even close the shell. They gave us our dine in food in a bag.

They left 2 items out our drive thru order and then when I went back to the window they only gave one missing item and closed the window so I couldn’t communicate. Terrible service

Very bad experience this visit. No person running the registers, kiosk only ordering and had to be told this by another customer after waiting almost 5 minutes. Dining area was filthy as well as the drink area. Had to ask for my drink cup and sauce. When I sat down to eat and opened my first taco, it had almost nothing inside. See pic. Burrito supremes have even less than a plain beef burrito these days. Geesh.
