I couldn’t get the business to accept my debit card online so I took it to the window so they could use the physical card. I had the most rude person at the window. She ran the card through and I told her what was in the order that wouldn’t take online. I said it needed extra bacon she says okay. I had a feeling. Looked in the bag and no bacon on the sandwich so I had to go back to the drive through and she was right there at the window. Stared at me for a few seconds before turning around walking away without even opening the window to see what I needed. I kept beeping my horn and finally had to bang on the window. A guy came to the window and I told him how she purposely ignored me and walked away he apologized for her and got my sandwich with two slices of bacon. Not going back just because no extra bacon. Not going back at all. How rude this place is!

It was busy when we walked in. When it was our turn to order both the cashier and manager walked away without saying anything, then after a minute the manager turned around and said they weren’t taking any orders because the kitchen was backed up. That was fine but I wish they had not been rude in how they told us. Then after we got our food my brisket burger didn’t have any brisket on it. The manager tried to tell me that the fried onions were the brisket and rolled her eyes at me and told me it was on there. I know the difference between fried onions and brisket. Maybe she didn’t. About halfway through eating the burger I discovered it did actually have brisket on it. It was a quarter size dollop right in the middle of the bottom bun which is definitely worth the extra money that burger cost. There were only 4 employees in the whole place during prime lunch hour. Severely understaffed, rude under pressure, and don’t understand portioning.

I went there for breakfast and asked for a half lemonade and half sweet tea and was told we can’t do that. When I got to the window for the food she told me they have pink lemonade but can’t put it in sweet tea. That’s ridiculous

The only reason I even did two stars is because the drive-thru is fast
However I guess when you give your customer less than one third of what they paid for and less than one third of what they asked for and condiments it’s pretty easy to be fast because you don’t have to cook near as much
I got three value meals with completely plain burgers because I didn’t know what people liked and asked for a pile of ketchup a bunch of salt and a handful of mayonnaise
I literally got one ketchup pack two salt packs and three mayonnaise packs….
But all three of my french fries literally were not even one third full.
And if I didn’t stop at this Burger King all the time as the one and only food place on my way home from the airport I wouldn’t think anything about it but the french fries are literally always half full at best and this time was quite the exception with how few

Like most working people, the amount of time I get for a lunch break is finite. I sat in a line of cars for nearly 20 minutes and listened to everyone who pulled up to the speaker be told to wait a “few moments.” I watched at least one potential customer drive off; a bold move when alternative options are limited at this location.
It shouldn’t take me longer to get out of the drive thru than it does for me to eat my overpriced sloppily assembled meal.

Love BK but drive through experience here was terrible. Came through and waited 10 minutes to get to the window with only one car ahead of me. Then was immediately parked for another 10 minutes to wait on food. Staff was curt and unapologetic despite me keeping my cool.
