I mean y’all want to raise the prices but skimp on tue sauce and pizza toppings. We Ordered 2 pizzas and a thing of marinara sauce tonight. The pizzas barely had enough toppping to cover our pizzas and then halfassed filled the marinara sauce. The cashier was nice but she don’t control these things. Money hungry corporations do!!!

I received my order with some difficulty getting it out of the to-go warmer. Once home I opened the pizza boxes to view two burnt pizzas. Who would even give this to someone? No quality check or they don’t care. Definitely a huge problem!

This place is constantly getting our orders wrong. You could put in specific instructions in the app and they blatantly do not even follow said directions (like light sauce, well done cooked, crazy crust etc).
Today, my husband ordered a pizza on his lunch break to be cooked well done with light sauce. The pizza was UNDER cooked, so he had to go back and request it to be traded with a hot and ready and told them his pizza was under cooked. They handed him a hot and ready that was ALSO under cooked. He just left it in the parking lot, so now we wasted money. I don’t know how this place is open still. Reviews are horrible, service is horrible, food is horrible. Go to the LC on Kingston in west town. Far better service

This was my first time at this location. I was on my way home tonight and wanted a little Cesar’s pizza so I typed it in my gps and it brought me to this location. I had placed my order online. It was so crowded but I noticed people getting there orders fairly quickly! I went in around the time my order was due to be ready and the young man let me know that they were out of wings and had to give me a refund. I felt bad because I ordered it online and they were already busy but he was so patient and polite while he called his manager. I received my refund with my pizza and breadsticks. Everything was hot and I got home and ate and everything was made just right and it was good. I see why this location is so busy they have some good employees.

Go here if you want your pizza cooked with the plastic over the dough then when you return it they blame you. How would NO SAUCE get on the dough if it was the customer that did this. It’s impossible! All employees need additional training or to be fired.

Went and picked up a Hot & Ready pizza. Needless to say it was not Hot, but it was ready. This pizza is hard as a rock, called and the manager on duty said I have to return it to prove I actually got a pizza. I’m only allowed a 30 minute lunch. I don’t have time to return it.
