I have worked in the customer service industry for many years, and this was honestly the worst service experience I’ve ever had.

I placed an order for two pizzas and was told they would be ready in 20 minutes. Since it was a Friday, I allowed an extra 5–10 minutes before arriving. I also paid for extra toppings. When I got there, I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the order.

To make matters worse, the total I was charged was almost $8 more than the price shown in the app.

When I got home, one of the pizzas was ice cold and did not include any of the extra toppings I paid for. I called the store to ask how they could resolve the issue. While explaining the situation, the staff on the phone were laughing. I was told, “Well, just drive it back and we’ll remake it,” while the laughing continued in the background.

I asked to speak with a manager and was told I would have to drive back to the store to do so. I then asked when the store owner would be available, and again was met with laughter from the employee and others in the background. A gentleman eventually got on the phone and told me he could not provide that information, and if I wanted to speak to “someone important,” I could call back at 10:30 the next morning.

The pricing discrepancy, incorrect order, cold food, and most importantly the unprofessional and dismissive behavior over the phone made this an extremely disappointing experience.

Manager was rude. Employees were wiping faces, sweat and touch hair then touching food. Asked for refund after seeing all that and Manager refused to come upfront to give us one, so we ended up not getting food and losing out on money.

Terrible service with Lady who is in Reception serving customers, (Katrina) is always with a Bad face,throwing things and being rude, apart from everything just because of her Bad temper, yesterdey January 5 2026 they gave us two pizzas bathed in Oil an Garlic Powder

People who work there are rude and disrespectful!! I ordered pizza through them for delivery. Didn’t receive over half my order called to get it fixed. They tried to be accommodating and remake my order. I had to go pick it up now instead of delivery. When I went to pick it up I was met with rude attitudes and arguing over what I should have received even when I had receipt! Tried not to give me my whole order again!! Don’t recommend this location.

The service here is absolutely despicable!! The tiny one working tonight has the worse attitude and treating us poorly, throwing things around all over her mistakes SHE CLEARLY MADE. We waited an hour for our food because of her and she treated us like the problem. Instead of apologizing, She threw a tantrum like a child a a gentleman working backed up this behavior. 2 more people in line walked out while seeing her attitude towards us, mostly the throwing things around. Great job being terrible at a minimum wage job.

Most the workers look insanely stressed out and tired, I’ve ordered from here 2 times now and I probably won’t again
The first time the portal was broken and I waited for like 15 minutes just to talk to some one about getting the order I placed in advance. There’s TONS of hand written signs every where. Food last time I didn’t have any issues. This time 7/19 my breadsticks in the middle ( about 3 of them ) were a little bit thicker than a pencil and hard as a rock, half of them were burnt and really dry, the Piccadilly I ordered was a deep dish 3 meat and they gave me a deep dish pepperoni which is like 3 or 4 dollar price difference and NOT what I ordered. They almost forgot to give me my crazy sauce but I noticed before I went out the door. I didn’t. Check the pizza until I arrived at home because the box said the right pizza.. I should’ve checked. The bottom was lightly crisp which was great. Sides and toppings were good, my only issue was the dough underneath the toppings was slightly undercooked and doughy/chewy and you could tell it wasn’t finished and needed another minute in the oven. I’ll try another store in the future maybe.

I ordered a mobile order for a pizza and breadsticks. I ended up waiting 45 minutes past the time i was told it would be done. Non apologetic staff blasting music and not doing their jobs.

Walk in and the cursing rap music is so loud you can’t understand what the guy working there is saying. His attitude is awful for a service industry. Not sure if this place has any kind of management, but if they do, it may need replacing.

Little Ceasers messed up my pizza order twice most of it being my fault. They were able to push back the time on a last minute 5 pizza order for a party which was on me. I should have communicated more clearly about the milk allergy over to phone too after riding online in the car. They put Parmesan on the crust of the pizza we ordered without cheese, then used butter on the crust on the second one after I brought back the pizza, explaining the milk allergy to the staff.
They gave us a free pizza and drink for the miscommunication. Better info on the website and staff training would be appreciated as neither could confirm if the garlic sauce was milk or other allergen free.
