It’s difficult not to notice the clean parking lot and how clean it is when you walk into Panda Express. I was immediately greeted when I walked up to place my order. Time was Always a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. My personal favorite is the Sweet Fire Chicken. I think the price is right too. I definitely recommend Panda Express.

Quick and friendly. The FOOD! Was so flavorless , bland and dry. Except the chicken that was slimy and chewy and doesn’t taste like any chicken meat I have ever had. Rangoon was weird and no crab, chunky cheese maybe cottage idk. Worse food I have ever had in my life and paid 47$! At least the Rangoon was edible.

It’s your standard Panda Express. Staff is friendly, and took our order right away. I think we caught the end of the lunch rush but still plenty of seating and the food was hot and fresh. Tables and floors were clean, bathrooms were clean.
Definitely a good location to stop into on a roadtrip for a quick lunch.

Horrible. I went in, even though people were leaving, then I knew why. No customer service. One girl was working the line and then the register. She came back and started working on drive thru orders even though there was a line inside. Manager walked by, looked at the line, and headed to the back. This location is terrible.

I don’t know if it’s just me or if this locations flavor is off. The food is always just okay and I remember a time when I liked Panda a lot more. Nevertheless, you can’t go wrong coming here if you work around the Gunbarrel area as it’s the only establishment that’s not always packed! The staff is friendly and there’s a variety of things to pick from.

A decent option for quick Chinese food in the Chatanooga are
Came after work for a quick bite after work.
The food was good, I had super green and orange chicken. The portions were small but that’s typical these days for Panda. It was still pretty tasty.
The service was SUPER quick though. The fastest I have ever had at a panda. The staff were polite as always. It was under $10 so not terrible price wise.
It’s hard to justify the portion sizes but the orange chicken. Is addicting.

Perfect place and delicious food like always! Super friendly staff and helpful!!! They did a very good job with my food for takeout. I hope they will do this every time I go. Highly recommend!!!

Went to the drive through to get food waited over 15 minutes at the speaker no one said anything or a “one moment please” nothing
So I pulled forward thinking they were just closed then someone pulled behind me and around the corner there were two cars in front that I couldn’t see so then ended up waiting 30 mins then I finally get up to the window and explained my situation to here how I was trapped in line and couldn’t get around and how I’ve been sitting here for half a hour and you know I could have been more patient but no one said anything to me so I had no clue if they were open and I tried to also use my phone to see but Verizon nation wide isn’t working right now so I just had to make my best decision so I just thought they were closed I just think in this situation someone should have spoke up even if I was just a one minute and I’ll be right with you I just wish she would have gave me something then when I pulled up she told me I couldn’t order that I had to wait in the line again all I said was no thank you it’s okay but still that was crazy

Marco that works at the Gun Barrel road Panda Express is a wonderful employee. He was very attentive making sure all the food was good, every patron had the sauces they needed, and kind.

I ordered a bowl with rice and black sirloin steak. The lady asked me if I’m ok with the 1.50 up charge. Sure I said. Then she tells me it would be a few for the steak is that ok. Yes no worries the fresher the better. When I got home I had 4 small pieces of steak on top with not a lot of vegetables either?? Now if your gonna charge extra for steak you should ensure theres more that one bite. I also asked for hot mustard and I got everything else but hot mustard??
