In fact, we’re the only restaurant in Indiana to receive the Four Diamond Award for 27 consecutive years! We’ve also received the Wine Spectator magazine Award of Excellence every year since 2006. I was in town for a conference that just so happened to fall on my birthday, so I had to celebrate at least a little bit. Who doesn’t love a nicely prepared steak, right? So, I searched out nice steak houses in SBI, and this place was near and had solid reviews. I’ll say the reviews lived up to the hype!
Upon entering, we we greeted kindly and I could tell that if this was any indication of the the operations, then the night was going to go great. The service was above par. Our drinks stayed full and tables stayed clear for space. The menu and specials were explained well. I had a fantastic steak prepared just as I asked.
I also ordered the jambalaya and the white cheddar mac and cheese for the table. While the mac and cheese was forgotten, they quickly rectified it and it was comped for the inconvenience. No one is perfect, but it’s always a out how the issue is addressed. The staff executed wonderfully.
I give LaSalle’s 5/5 stars and I will absolutely visit again when I return.

I’ve only been here one time, so take this with a grain of salt. But the seating wasn’t the greatest. We unforunately got one of the very small tables shoved against a wall next to the waiters station.
We ordered the duck breast and salmon – and neither turned out appetizing. My rice was burnt (could taste the pan on the rice) and the salmon had an out-of-the ordinary fishy scent, the flavor was okay but better could be made at home. My date had the duck and it was undercooked inside and fat was not rendered. Yes, we should have kicked it back.. but that being our first experience, we just decided not to return. For the price, we just expected more. Staff was wonderful though!

Fantastic experience at LaSalle Grill!
We had such a great meal here. Our server, Sam, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever hovering. She made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy.
The food was just as impressive. The Town Salad was fresh, bright, and perfectly balanced, and the spaghetti bolognese was rich, comforting, and full of flavour. You can tell the chef takes pride in what she serves.
Highly recommend stopping in if you’re in LaSalle. Great service, great food, and a place that clearly cares about doing things well

I have wanted to come to this restaurant for 25yrs. My spouse made that wish come true last night for Valentines Day. The wait was absolutely worth it. The service was quick, kind & professional. Starting with the SOPHI valet workers. The food was delicious. Portions not too small nor too large. Everything was perfect. The drinks we chose, were top shelf. Thank you for making a teen girls dream come true to a fantastic experience. I will be back soon. Hopefully not in another 25yrs.

I wanted to come to a restaurant I could walk to from my hotel and this place was just up the road. I just wanted to try a couple things so I got the wedge salad and asked for the vinaigrette instead of the Gorgonzola dressing and I also got the Cajun sea scallops. The salad was OK however, the lettuce was bitter, which was surprising. The sea scallops were good but almost slightly undercooked, a little gritty and a little salty

Beautiful tavern it’s odd something this classy in the part of town it’s in ad this area of town is VERY sketchy. When leaving then going back to your vehicle make sure to watch your wallet or purse .

The Wife and I wanted to have a nice date night, for this night (a Friday night) we chose the LaSalle Grill, seemed kind of exclusive, fancy dining. we set reservations days in advanced for 8pm, showed up and they had our table ready! here is where our only (yet huge) issue came, we waited 40min for any waiter to even talk to us, no water, no nothing, after the long wait the hostess asked us if we have been seen, we said no, and she was super apologetic, and had the manager come over, he expressed how sorry the breakdown in communication on who was supposed to wait our tables, and he reassured us our night would be perfect from then on, and he was RIGHT! the service and food was so amazing, it was worth the wait, the staff was super nice, and food was on level of some other (much higher priced) restaurants we have been to, the prices are fair, well worth the food, the atmosphere was wonderful, only small minor issues was it looked like stains on our tablecloth? not sure, it was a non issue as the night and location was amazing, highly recommend this place, especially to couples! Thanks again to the Manager and hostess who helped fix the issues we had, and thanks to the amazing waiter (who once he knew we where his table) he was top notch!

First time eating here. Our waitress was awesome, but the food was cold and not cooked properly. Over priced. Small portions. The food had no flavor. We were very disappointed. I highly recommend NOT wasting your time eating here.
