Does that look like a large and medium fries ! Plus not cooked all the way plus the burgers are burnt. I get it’s a fast food joint! My kids like it and we don’t eat here much… when we do our orders are always messed up , missing items, wrong food, not cooked properly or over cooked as in old food recooked. It’s not cheap to eat here and now this food sucks even more so.
Nothing will be done about this, funny on how they clean up when an inspector is coming but not cleaning all the time. Then raw white fries not golden crisp! Take some pride in what you make . It’s not a 4 star place we get that. But make the food as it was intended….

I ordered a McGriddle sandwich and a big breakfast with sausage, egg, hashbrown and biscuit. They gave me a ton of condiments that I didn’t need but could not give me more than one napkin for all this food.

The food quality is usually subpar but tonight they hit a new level of poor. A slapped together mcdouble and a teaspoon of mayo on my mcchicken were the headliners. Coming in last but not least, was the inability of the employees to count to 10, as we recieved only 9 nuggets. All in all, another grand slam finish.

I went in and talked to the store manager today and she rubbed it off like it’s nothing was thinking I wanted the money back I just wanted to know why my chicken was Cajun and almost black and she didn’t care and she’s a store manager, where is Chicken near my wife of Everett in our whole lives, if I watch Cajun food I’ll go to Louisiana I didn’t expect it at a McDonald’s and they don’t care what they put out, and then the store manager is going to tell me oh yeah the oil needs changed, so does that mean your oils got to be completely black before you change it and you ruin everybody’s me out mine didn’t even taste like chicken it tastes like 20 different meats, none of it tastes like chicken it was nasty, and then my wife said the fries were really bad and the bad thing is you guys are cooking them in oil that needs to be changed too meaning your store doesn’t care about nothing and quality at all, in the store manager looks like she got dressed in a closet so this is how you guys run the store, I thought McDonald’s was quality food for the customers not lazy employees and a lazy store manager that don’t give a crap about nothing and don’t want to do nothing is good cooking stuff in black oil, this is just the start this is going to go on Facebook tick tock Instagram everywhere I can put it it’s going to go, people need to know you don’t care about the food or the customers you just care about yourself, and I guess you don’t care what type of food you put out, I mean to tell you the truth that looks really bad for McDonald’s, where’s the good food you’re lying to customers, at least this McDonald’s is lying to customers, and I was just there yesterday about 7:00 p.m., and then 4 days ago I got a Big Mac and a double quarter pounder and it looks like someone threw it on the floor stepped on it and then put it back together and gave it to me, that’s sad I guess anybody can work at that McDonald’s, even with a half of a brain cell.

Went there this morning and they kept rushing my order. I got home and they forgot half my order. Called and spoke to a manager about the pancakes and everything else they forgot and the proceed to tell me it’s my fault because it was not in the system. I repeated my order 4 times. And then I get my eggs and sausage and in the picture is what I got. Then my fruit for my oatmeal Expired on March 7, 2022. Today is March 13,2022. Thanks for the bad service and expired food.

went to the second drive through with no one there. there were cars in the other drive through. we were at the speaker to order and waited 10 minutes to order. why on earth were they not taking turns. was told they will be right with us never happens. got an attitude at the speaker because i asked the girl to repeat herself because she was talking so low you could not hear a word she was saying. then had to wait even longer for the girl to show up at the window to take my payment. also told them to add pickle and it was on the slip and didn’t even add it. are the workers blind and can’t read a slip or to just talking or smoking to much and can’t even read and not even caring about what a customer is ordering and paying for. the chicken was so old and disgusting.

This new owner needs to go this isn’t the happiest place like it was before. He has these rude new people that scream at you just when you’re trying to order. I don’t remember her name but she was blond and working the headset. She was very rude! I miss the old owner and how everything was ran before.

When I give them my numbers when I use my app to get a free Big Mac or use my discount or something but I say the words and then I never get my extra and I have to go in and explain it they do help me but don’t ask for the numbers if you’re not going to use them
