Customer service was not that great, just average. I usually like hot potato Oles, when I inquired about the potatoes whether they were hot or not? One associate said they were made 10 minutes ago, and another said 5 minutes ago. But my order was not hot.

The automated order taking needs work. I ordered a beef taco and potatoes oles with cheese.
I drive back to work and found that the cheese was not in the bag.
I drove back to taco johns, went inside and was told that since I didn’t get charged for the cheese, I would have to pay for it.
Seriously?! Your machine got my order wrong, I had to return to the resturaunt, and instead of an apology for the mistake and the inconvenience of a second trip, your employee wanted me to pay more.

Taco Johns is a long-time favorite. First time at this TJs while passing through. Service was excellent with friendly answers to our questions. The food was delivered straight away. It was hot and delicious and well made, per our order. We’ll done, TJs.

I just had the most disheartening experience with this taco johns. Looked on Google to check the hours, Google says your open until 11pm placed a mobile which completed and charged me for the order only to get to the resturant and find out they are closed with all the lights on. But yet they can’t make our food and they can’t refund the money. They best they had was “can’t you just come back tomorrow?” Like I didn’t want dinner tonight. This taco johns is the worst. Theives at best. Too bad I had to give you 1 star.

This will absolutely be the last last last time I go back to Taco Johns. Every time we’ve been there, we order potato oles with 4 time extra seasoning bc we get tired of getting home and no seasoning. Our taco has been cold in the middle of the taco. They can’t get the orders correct. We’ve asked to have things corrected only to get a smart mouthed comment back from the youngster behind the counter. And still not get it right. We’ve asked for the missing seasoning to be put in a small container so we can do it ourselves. They act like we said something horrible. Today, we used coupons on our order. Asked for extra extra extra extra extra extra seasoning. Guess what? No seasoning and cold potatoes in the middle bottom. So they will never get a single penny of my money again. Period.
