This place is the worst service I have ever had in my life and im in my 50’s I would not recommend this place. I will not be going back. I have had a problem each and every time I ordered or had delivery. The last 2 times were the worst. First of all I had them deliver the pizza 3 times before mind you ( they were 1 to 2 hours late ) the the 4th time I ordered for delivery and the pizza was already 1 1/2 hours late then the manager calls me and told me he canceled my order because GPS said I lived 1 hour away and I told him no I am not im 2 minutes away. He says no your not . I gave him the exact direction to my house he said im sorry we can’t deliver to you I said you guys have delivered to me before and he said we should not have. So I looked up the dominos that was 2 minutes away from me and it was the same one the manager called me and I again told him exact directions to my house and finally he said they would deliver to me and it was 2 hours later and the pizza was disgusting. I will not go back there. They need better management. Finally the last time I went i ordered a pizza for pick up and she says it would be ten minutes snd I said OK it took me from where I was 10 to get to their location. So when I got there the girl asked me for the name on the order and I said she didn’t ask me for a name when I placed the order. So they were searching for my order and finally found it and she said it would be just a few minutes it was I said ok well I waited 30 minutes and finally I get up and asked when was my pizza ready and the girl says what’s the name on the order im was not happy I tell her my name and she says it’s almost done so I waited another 10 minutes before I got my order. Terrible service and I will definitely not going back

Meat on a veggie pizza. The pizza was delivered 30 minutes AFTER the original estimated time. At this point, seems like my poor choice for ordering from here.
No one was near the pizza station, I saw one of my pizza fall down as it reached the end of the conveyor!
I am told to wait here until they make that pizza again, while my other 2 pizza get cold!
By far the worst experience

I don’t normally do reviews but I had to for this one! We had ordered a few pizzas for our office today, we ordered one that was half Philly and half Hawaiian, Philly was great besides the giant piece of plastic I just bit into, and our Hawaiian just had pineapple and ham, no cheese, no sauce. Not sure how any of that happened but we definitely will not be ordering from this store again!

It was a rainy night and I was staying at a hotel. My food came in delicious and hot.
The delivery guy was delightful, professional, and apologetic (he gets 5 stars) because the only drawback to this order was, the person who took my order neglected to add the marinara sauce I requested for my Cheesy bread to the order.
Otherwise, this would be a five star review.

Made an order through the app at 534pm… 640 rolls around, and I look to see that my order is not in the app. So i reordered through online, and it won’t go through, so I called the store to figure this out, and a new guy did his best to help me. Then when it comes time to pay, he doesn’t know how, and in the background, I hear a manger being really rude to him telling him NO repeatedly, so I ask to speak with her. He hands her the phone and I tell her what’s going on, without acknowledging the fact I ordered over an hour ago , and that the online platform is malfunctioning I ask her why I can’t pay over the phone and she told me that they are slammed and that they don’t take my order. That’s the only reason. She didn’t say it would be a two hour wait, or maybe pay in cash or any reason at all, just flat out as rude as can be said no. I’m only writing this because I spend more money than I’d like to admit at this store and they should make some kind of effort to explain a situation with some kind of customer service. Simply saying NO rudely, and the only reason you provide is that you are slammed, then why answer the phone and take an order at all? Why be rude to the nice kid trying to do his best? Domino’s you need a better manager, that’s why you can’t keep people. Gross , and they lost my money for life…. Not that it matters

Placed an online order, but no email or text confirmation, just Dominos bot. Went to pick up and they had no clue about my order. After checking my card statement and that I was actually at right store I called. SAME person I just talked to in person, “Did you not pick it up?” No, I was just in 10 minutes ago asking. “We see your order, I’m not sure what happened to your pizza” At least they refunded but they ruined my night.
