As a regular customer of this taco John’s, I can say that today I was really disappointed. I paid an extra four dollars for extra cheese on my tacos. I receive no extra cheese. Obviously I was disappointed because of the extra cost. I But also, because I did not get the extra cheese that I asked for I would’ve went back to the counter to show them the error, but the lobby was so busy with people. I didn’t wanna make a scene so hopefully if the owner or manager reads this post they will be able to rectify this so that I can give you five stars which normally is what I would rate you when I come in there. I normally come in on Mondays for work and I travel from outside the Area so this is the first time I’ve been disappointed my 2 visits after these have been top notch thank you for getting me extra cheese and being open to constructive observations.

I stopped there and went inside for a to-go order. It was just before 5 pm and I was the only customer at that time. I ordered the chicken street taco trio, grilled chicken burritos and soft chicken tacos. Everything was fresh and hot and really good. I especially liked the chicken street tacos that even came with a wedge of lime! First time customer; no complaints!

I’ve only recently been choosing Taco John’s over Taco Bell for fast Mexican food, and I’ve never been disappointed here. The restaurant shows several signs of good management and a positive work atmosphere. In addition, I had a minor problem with an order recently and made a request. Within a very short time, I was given more than requested. Very nice and unexpected!

I appreciate how friendly and helpful the service is EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have been to TJ’s so many times over so many years, and cannot recall a single time I’ve had bad service there. The food is fresh and fast, as well! A couple of times (out of LOTS) they might have forgotten something little, like a nacho cheese in a large order, but 98% of the time, my order is entirely correct–no other place I’ve been does so well, so consistently! 😀

This place won’t hesitate to sell you a gift card but I don’t think anyone is actually smart enough to use them as a payment method. I’ve tried to use a gift card here at least 5 times and they can’t figure it out. I know others that have the same problem.
