Beware! In the 30+ times we have been here our order has never been right. Always missing items/ingredients/additions. We took a break from this location for all of 2025 and then decided to give it a try again this year (2026). Four orders since January 1st, every order wrong. The order pictured is from tonight and everything highlighted is missing ($15+ of food). You’re better off driving the twenty minute round trip to the Eastgate location, which is WAY better and never gets our order wrong. Don’t waste your time with this location.

Every time I have ordered from here, most of my stuff is wrong. That, or it’s cold. Imagine already spending too much money on a quesadilla, ask for extra cheese, and recieve a tortilla with a little bit of creamy jalapeno and that’s it. I’ve heard nothing but negative experiences from others as well, and to be quite frank, I’m honestly not sure how this place is still in business.

I would especially like to recognize the girl with the Tesla that works here haven’t seen her recently. But for her outstanding service. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. Their positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. An employee like them makes customers want to come back, and they are a real asset to the restaurant. PSA YOU SEE THAT BLACK TESLA OUT FRONT DEFINITELY STOP BY YOU WON’T BE DISAPPOINTED .

Would of gave zero stars if I could have. Came through drive thru and the tacos we had ordered they provided us broken in half tacos not wrapped completely so all the toppings fell into the bottom of the bag. I knew they had a rush so I figured id go back through drive thru and just have them remake it. I paid again for them. Again I received two tacos not wrapped correctly all the toppings at the bottom of the bag. I also ordered a 5 layer burrito and it looked like it was smashed on floor before given to me. There was toppings inside that normally comes on the burrito. This is ridiculous at this point. Tried to call. No one answers. So we walked away not being able to eat any of the food after wasting our money. I wish I could post the pictures of my food. My dog wouldn’t even eat it. I have managed a business myself and this is by far the worst service I have ever received. Also your employees on the speaker at the drive thru clearly letting your customers know they hate their job. All I heard was them complaining when I was ordering. Management really needs to step in. This is embarrassing if you manage this location.

My husband, and I love Taco Bell, but we’re getting tired that most places want u to place ur own order when going in the restaurants. We almost left, but luckily Eric B. was very helpful. Now knowing that there’s no cashier person to order with, we won’t be going into the restaurant anymore. Amelia is the same way.

Spent 45 minutes waiting in the drive thru to say I had a mobile order. Was told it would be a wait to get my food. Get my food and my bowl is barely half full with ingredients missing, quesadilla is just slightly warm unmelted cheese and chicken put in a tortilla without being cut, sauces and extra sour cream was missing and the crunch wrap was made incorrectly. I dont even mind the wait, but at least make the food right.

If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. I placed a delivery order through the mobile app. Waited over 30 minutes after expected delivery time, that’s fine, I expected a wait. However, the receipt on the bag says we should’ve had 11 food items, one large drink, one medium drink. I received 3 food items and two medium drinks. I tried to call three times, no one answered. I placed a complaint through the app, I received an email saying I have $10 off my next order through them. Not a single person reached out, no refund, and $10 in credit surely doesn’t cover the missing items. Horrible customer service.

Their bean burritos are tiny they don’t put any onions in them! They also don’t have pennies so they keep your change (if you use cash) So DO NOT pay in cash here! I can’t even imagine how much money they made by not giving their customers change by using the “no pennies” excuse

Everything about this place is horrible…. Like seriously so disappointing it makes me not want to eat at Taco Bell anymore just because of the people that work at this specify location. They are rude, lazy, incompetent, and just outright a bad look for the company. I’m standing in the lobby writing this review after already waiting 30+ minutes in the drive thru with no one answering the speaker to walk inside and be told to place my own order at the kiosk and still wait another 20+ minutes, and I am still without food. This review will be posted before I get my food…. That’s pathetic. Do better, seriously.

Pulled up to the window and said I had two separate orders, and the person goes “sorry we’re not doing all that, you can figure it out at the windows with the receipts” like what kinda fast food place does that lol I would give a 0 star if I could.
