Horrible customer service from manager. Saturday 11-1 3:15 pm. Disrepectful and rushing my wife and I. “Anything else? Anything else?” Tossing ingredients on burrito with no consideration or respect. Stated Guacamole was out and it was obviuosly a few scoops left. Made a frown and paused 2-3 seconds when I asked for the last scoops.
Also – most tasteless burritos in any Qdoba franchise weve ever had.

Love the location, staff and cleanliness of the restaurant, BUT these little paper towels are the worst. You have to swipe several times in order to get a normal size paper to dry your hands off. Didn’t even know this size was an option.

We ordered ahead… when we got there, we were informed they hadn’t started our order. Because she was the only one there.. not her fault. And she was very kind. So I’ll give her points on that. My husbands protein was inedible. We actually threw it out when we got home. My burrito wasn’t horrible. But I probably won’t get qdoba again. TBH. I understand staffing is hard, and the lady at the drive thru was doing her best.

I ordered from this store 04/02/25. I placed a drive thru lane order for 2 bowls, very different from one another. We picked it up and once I got home I realized they made the same bowl twice, not two different bowls. This was extra irritating for us because the bowl that was made twice was the less expensive bowl with no meat, and a bunch of toppings I personally do not eat on mine. I called and kindly spoke to an associate about the mixup, asking for a refund for only my messed up bowl. She then went and spoke to her manager and told me her manager said their “refund system is down and to call back tomorrow” respectfully, when the restaurant makes an error I feel they should contact back about the issue, as I worked in food service for 3 years and never had a customer call back when their order was wrong with no solution given. I decided that instead of being petty over $13, i’ll just warn others that it’s better to order in than use their lane. Thank you!

Honestly was not impressed. Paid for extra protein (4$) just to get like 4 pieces of chicken. .. my bowl looked sad. I’d never seen such portions.. the flavor was ok.. not sure what hallppened but I was excited to try this place only to be let down.. maybe I just came at a bad time.. perhaps another day will be better?

I have gone to the Little Creek location several times when they first opened, trying to give them a chance. EVERY TIME, there was a problem. Once, the chicken was so dry and overcooked, it was ridiculous that they were serving it. The manager, Mr. Earl, said, he was aware, but they had to use it, another time, they made a burrito in place of a bowl,( good idea to check before leaving the drive thru. Another time they left items off my order, when I called, the person who prepared the order denied it. It’s just not worth it to patronize this business, when other similar cuisines are nearby ( Moe’s or Chipotle)…

Much better than I expected!!! The food was good The only reason I gave the food 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the quality of their meat. Other than that everything else was great! The service and staff were amazing… Kudos to them ❤️ Definitely a “come back” for me

Stopped by Qdoba today and had a great experience. The staff was friendly and fast. My tacos were very fresh, and flavorful. The place was also clean and welcoming. Definitely coming back!

I’m assuming manager wears black shirt but I went there today . She low balled me bad on protein portion and tried to get me to pay for double protein, and I told her that’s a too little . I used to work for Qdoba so I know portion size . She had a bad attitude too . Glad I left and didn’t pay for it . Really Horrible customer service skills & the food looked really bland .

Food was tasteless and guacamole was horrible. I’ve been to this location several times and each time it gets worse. This was my last time going here. Very disappointing considering I really like Qdoba but not this location!
