Porsche was super kind and helpful when it came to explaining the new winter menu item, the Peruvian Roasted Corn Bowl. Not only did she put me on to it, she actually made it herself—and it was fire. If you’re ever in the area, I definitely suggest stopping by. If Porsche is there, holler at her and let her whip up your salad. You won’t regret it.
