Incredibly sleek and modern, this coffee spot stands out with its bold use of reds, blacks, and whites, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels both stylish and comfortable. A perfect place to settle in for a study session, catch up on some work, or just unwind. The vibe here is exactly what the Americus neighborhood needed.
The barista? Top-tier. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Honestly, give her (and the rest of the staff) a raise—without them, no coffee sales! Their hard work really shows, and they deserve all the credit.
Now, the Coffee. Presentation? On point. The taste? Rivals Starbucks, if not better. They’ve got everything locked down to keep people coming back. All in all, excellent service. Keep it up!

The place is very inconsistent. You never get the same drink or meal twice. Some morning the staff are wonderful and make your order to perfection then other morning you ask for honey and sugar and it tastes like water. I think more training needs to be given so it will be consistent across the board. Had to send my order back 3 times for it still to come out incorrect. Will take a break from this establishment for a while.

The girls working the drive thru always have an issue with getting the order correct and I’m always missing an item. The food is good, but they are messy with the wrapping and the sandwich’s are always falling apart. I ordered two coffees this morning and half of one was just foam. The food and coffee are good, but they definitely need some improvements from management.

Being new to the area, I was excited to find a place that offered bagels and coffee. I tried a breakfast sandwich, and asked for the bagel to be toasted extra, cheddar cheese, sausage and cream cheese on the side. I received an almost cold bagel, Swiss cheese, and bacon. No cream cheese. I called and they offered me a free bagel for my troubles, so I went the next day. I asked for a bagel extra toasted, add cheddar cheese, and cream cheese on the side. I received a lightly toasted bagel, egg, and no cream cheese. I decided then that it would be a while before I would go back.

I’ve been going fairly frequently since they opened and everyone there is polite. There are times, in the mornings especially when there is a slightly longer wait but that tends to be true of most coffee places in the morning. Plan accordingly and you shouldn’t have any issues at all.
The hot, iced and frozen coffees are all great. My usual (pictured) is a hot latte, but for a treat the Golden Owl is amazing. I have found with most of the iced/ frozen drinks you need to mix them before drinking them though or you’ll get a very very sweet first sip.
If I know the drink is going to be too sweet for me a certain day but I still want a bit of a treat, I’ll add a shot of espresso to balance it out.
The food options, though limited are very good. The wraps taste fresh and are filling while the muffins have a sweetness that gives you a “breakfast dessert” feel.
All in all, I recommend stopping by if you enjoy teas and coffee as they have a good selection of both (though to be fair, they have more coffee choices).

I ordered a small dark mocha frappé to give this place a try. It came out to be a total of $5.07 & It is full of flavor! Strong coffee taste with a good mix of chocolate. Customer service was excellent.

I stopped in the Red Owl Coffee Company while I was working in Americus. The food was good (they had a spinach bowl with meat cheese and egg that fit my ketogenic diet), the girls that worked there were super nice, and it was an all around good experience.

We went to red owl for the first time today, 04-12-25 and the man at the drive through was very kind and professional, when we mentioned it was our first time there, he gave us wonderful advice on options that fit our likes and dislikes. Once we order he was very friendly and thank us for our order and welcomed us back in the nicest way. I wish we got his name as I would like to mention him so ge would be recognized at work!
I ordered the iced Yorkshire with cold foam, with added coconut and hazelnut flavor, an energized frosted blue drink that if you added coconut it would remind you of the ocean water at sonic. We also ordered two sausage egg and cheese croissant that was so flavorful and was very filling in my opinion. Definitely coming back as it was an affordable price, welcoming atmosphere as I even peeked inside through the window and saw a lovely wall hanging plant decoration clean environment and a lady doing work with headphones!
