Chechi De La Rocha
Half the time they don’t get my order right even when I order it on the app. And the other half I feel like they rip me off by literally filling my drink half way. I paid nearly $5 for a their small (tall) drink and this is what I get, half air, then ask for tip. I typically have better service in other starbucks but I guess this one has the benefit that they are drive thru only and no one can walk in to complain.

Update 11/27 (8 months since my 1st review)
I ordered a now standard $7 venti drink only cause they have my favorite flavor now, and once again they don’t fill it up. They also have yet to add the whipped cream that supposed to be standard with almost every drink unless asked other wise. Instead I get foam which I never request it and I remove when the option shows up for the mobile order.

I really don’t know what is going on with this location, they only have drive thru, receive mobile orders, you would think they couldn’t mess up any drink. Not to metion, these employees get paid $20 an hour.
At this point it just feels like a rip off, the prices go up but they give you less. And I got my drink before going to work, so I dont have the time to get back on a busy drive thru just so they remake my drink properly. I wish there was a Dutch bros in town instead, I have never had any issue like that with them.

This location should not accept mobile orders. Perhaps it’s bad timing on our part, but we’ve been waiting in the single drive through line (the only option at this location for some reason) for over 20 minutes. Not a welcomed time suck on our 5 hours drive.

There is no option to walk up or walk in if you order ahead- only drive through. We ordered $25 of food and were then forced to wait in a drive through line for over 20 min to pick up our order AFTER it was ready. Ice is melted, food is now cold. You are stuck waiting for all the people who are ordering at the window and having their stuff made on the spot while your items sit there READY getting warm or cold.

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this Starbucks. The staff was rude, even closing the window while I was still asking a question. I now drive farther to a different location because the service here has been consistently disappointing.

If I order a shaken espresso of any kind I expect you guys to follow recipe instructions and SHAKE IT!!! I’m not dumb I can tell when you guys follow the recipe and don’t. The last time I probably had it made correctly was probably when this store opened. When you hand me my drink and it’s a little brown at the bottom but super light with milk on top that just tells me you poured my syrup, espresso, milk, and then put ice on top when you should’ve followed the recipe and made it in the shaker. Also I was the only car in line there was no excuse to not make my drink correctly.

First of all my drink tasted so bland. There was no flavor. And then as I was driving away I picked up my drink only to see that the worker didn’t even close the lid. It spilled all over my car, a venti by the way. 8 dollars gone to waste for just one drink that wasn’t even good.
