I ordered a delivery through my Panera app. An avocado sandwich. Upon opening the bag I felt my sandwich being very light. I have grown to love Panera. I never ordered from here in my past. This is my third order with the franchise as I have been recommended multiple times to try. The sandwich person today must really be having a bad day. As you can see below why my sandwich was so light. If I wanted to just have bread I could’ve ate it home. I am sick with the flu so ordering delivery was best. This is the tiniest slice of avocado I’ve seen. There was no salt no pepper. Thankfully I was able to call and speak with Brady who was great. Once I am feeling better I will go back to try this again. Because of him and him only I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1

I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I went to Panera for breakfast on a Sunday morning expecting a relaxing atmosphere.
The place was virtually empty, dining area was clean. Staff was friendly.
No one was at the front area, ordered on the tablet. Went to the pickup and asked for a cup for my coffee while waiting for my food. Asked nicely teice. Nope, waited for my order 15 min to get my coffee.
Oatmeal appeared to be microwaved, so not the same temperature throughout. Strawberries were soggy. Asagio Sausage and egg sandwich didn’t have the sausage, indicated to the staff there was no sausage, he gave me the party instead of making a new sandwich. It was cold.
Don’t eat here unless this is the experience your expecting

I had a great experience at Panera Bread in Cumming, GA thanks to Nate, the Assistant Manager. From the moment I walked in, Nate was professional, friendly, and genuinely focused on making sure customers had a great experience.
He went out of his way to help, kept things running smoothly, and made the atmosphere welcoming. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about both the team and the customers. Service like that makes a real difference.

talk about disappointment… I ordered half grilled cheese and half tuna .. unwrapped what was delivered and this is what it looked like … does that look like it’s worth $30? I understand now they don’t “grill” their “grilled cheese” event though thats what they call it … they toast the bread in their commercial toaster oven and then put cheese on top as shown and toast that on top .. and no more than a single slice of cheese… waste of time and money honestly…
Well the tuna was salvageable but the dog enjoyed the burned cheese on bread. .. nice try but I won’t be ordering or visiting panera again any time soon … maybe I could come teach you how to make a grilled cheese?

Worst customer service ever. We got to go sandwiches a cold sandwich and only asked for the bread toasted and they toasted the whole chicken salad sandwich even the lettuce. How do u toast lettuce? Not to mention it took forever because they were too busy yapping and making our order wrong.

I went in for a late lunch on Sunday afternoon. I love Panera, but I can clearly see why this particular location gets such negative reviews. There is no doubt, a staffing issue. Perhaps it’s the # of employees or just lack of training and/or lack of experienced management. Ticket times were running 30-45 minutes to get an order. Certainly not ‘fast’ for ‘fast casual’. In a shopping center with several full service restaurants, you’d be better off going to Giorgio’s, Hacienda, Texas Roadhouse or Friends for better and significantly faster service.
Additionally the dining room was a disaster (understatement). Nothing had been wiped down or restocked (no silverware, cup lids, tea, etc) There was no one up front, so ordering via the kiosk (fine by me!) was the only option, but that also means to get my beverage cups, I needed to reach behind the counter to help myself to the cups. I really want this restaurant to succeed! But, management has their work cut out for them.

Great location, friendly staff, and they follow instructions. I’ve ordered in person takeout and delivery before. It’s a nice fast casual spot, and the prices are reasonable. My chicken pesto panini was delicious today!

Please, please please, do not go there.If I could give this branch a zero, I would do so without hesitation. That employee always messed up our orders. The branch is not clean, and the bathrooms are terrible. Please don’t go there; take your business elsewhere. This morning, my order was delayed by 35 minutes, which meant I had to miss a business meeting. They put my bagels in a plastic bag instead of the bagel box.

I love going to Panera to get a free drink with my membership. every time I go through the drive thru I regret it; for a service promising convenience it often takes upwards of 20 minutes to get through even with only two cars ahead. on top of that, the soda is always pretty terrible, either flat, zero syrup, or with a strange earthy aftertaste. I’ve started going elsewhere and am considering cancelling my sip club because of how disappointed I always am.
