I love Panera and have never had any issue with this location before. However, today I ordered the Turkey Bacon Bravo and in my first bite there was a long strand of hair I just don’t feel like I can trust them anymore to check the food before they give it to me.

Typical Panera location. They have plenty of seating. Service was decent but there at lunch and plates and garbage stacked up. Parking in front is difficult to find but plenty of spaces in large lot in rear and a convenient side door to get in.

This place is so dirty. There seems to be nobody mopping & vacuuming the floors. Tables are not wiped and walls show grease marks. The trash area looks disgusting. Restrooms are not cleaned. No soap, paper towels. Once, the door to the kitchen was open and trash was on the floor. Disgusting!

Ordered delivery but was missing a sandwich. Pleasantly surprised that after calling and explaining situation, the manager was super kind and offered quick resolution. Thank you for your kindness and willingness to resolve. It goes along way these days.

This location for Panera I think was great. There were plenty of available tables at 9:50 am in a Thursday (and all of them clean).
The young man behind the counter was very happy to open a new register and speed the line. The order was correct and delicious. He even went out of his way to find my loyalty number. That was nice

Lunch was just OK. The soup is warm, not hot. Sandwich dry, minimal mayo(supposed to come on sandwich) They have sooo many people working and so much confusion. 1st time here, using holiday gift card. Employees arguing in front of customers. Can’t say this visit makes me want to come back.

This was the filthiest Panera Bread I have ever been in! The lady who took our order was pleasant but past that the place was very dirty all of the tables were sticky and disgusting! The floors were filthy and the soda machine was nasty. We asked for one of the tables to be cleaned because every single one of them was sticky and not kept up with after someone was done eating. They were not even very busy and there was no excuse for somebody not to be out making sure the environment was clean and acceptable for their customers. The person that finally did come out only wasted his time cleaning a couple tables and left the rest of them a mess. Glad we were only passing through this area because we would definitely never come back here.

Panera Bread is one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve lived in 4 different states and it’s always been one of my go-to places. However, I was very disappointed with the food and service I received at this location on October 28, 2023. I ordered a chai tea latte and chipotle chicken scrambled egg and avocado sandwich. When I received the drink, the cup felt light as if it were only foam in it. I mentioned this to the girl who made my drink and she stared at me blankly. No offer to look at it or adjust my drink. To make matters worse, when I got my sandwich I was turned off by the small knob of avocado I was given. I’m very, very disappointed!!!!!

While I love coming to this Panera Bread to study, my only qualm is the men’s bathrooms are always disgusting. I wish the manager could have the team clean the bathrooms more frequently as it diminishes the experience. I say this as I think it would make this location sing as its a great spot overall. The bathrooms though need work. They are never clean, and I’ve been at different points in the day.
