They burnt all 3 Italian Cheese Bread that I ordered. Refused to acknowledge that they were burnt. Worker said that it looked exactly like the picture on their menu. It absolutely did not look like it at all. They refused to do anything about it. I contacted the corporate office and told them about the incident. I didn’t know how long it could take so I called them and talked to someone else. I told her about the burnt food and said I would have to bring it back up there. I told her that I already did and that her coworker said that was how it’s supposed to look. I had asked other people that were also working at the time if this is how it’s supposed to look and every single other employee were to afraid to speak up and disagree with them for fear of retaliation. Now right at the end of the call after she agreed to take a look if I brought it back yet again I tried to ask her for her name and she hung up. I called back to try to get her name and the guy that refused to help me the first time answered and said that he would give me a refund but I was not allowed to come back. So I understand why their employees are scared to speak up against poor food quality as this guy is so vindictive that he is not allowing me to come back because I complained about the food being burnt. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment for any reason for if you complain about the quality of the food you order or the quality of service from the people that work there, you could be 86’d next.

Little Caesars “Pizza Pizza” located in the Pahrump Valley Junction plaza ADD; extra sauce & extra cheese & extra pepperoni an you gott yourself a delicious pie . . . $9.47 nice price furr a hell of a good tasty pizza pie. Best part of the pie is da sauce. Only have pick up & delivery, NO TABLE service, NO RESTROOMS, TAKE OUTT ONLY !! Usually a bitt busy butt Still only 10~15 minute wait for YOUR pie . Lotts of parking. Nice safe area. doggs welcome. Well,MY DOGG IS WELCOME. Nice Earthlings work here . Very clean . I’ve NEVER been disappointed with MY order @ this particular establishment. The people argue you down that they’re right. My pizza was supposed to have extra cheese and it don’t it. But Layden fixed the issue after going back and forth a few times. And other employees going back and forth. I probably will never order again from them. I keep giving them chances and this was the last one. But I do appreciate Layden for stepping in up

This place always seems chaotic and the “hot and ready pizza” is never ready. I ordered pizzas here and saw others that came well after I did get their orders before me.

UPDATE: 4-19-2024… I officially will NEVER come back here again! It was literally like an episode of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. I ordered a pizza and some pizza bites online with a promo code for free crazy bread. To my shock they said it would be ready in an hour when I pressed the order button. I kept checking the app to see if it was ready but an hour later it still said it was on the “order received” section of the progress. So I went into the restaurant and to my surprise it was packed full of people and so was the parking lot. One woman told me she was waiting for 2.5 hours when I got there. The staff looked incompetent and didn’t handle the stress well. When a DoorDasher asked the staff why no one was helping at the counter they got really rude and yelled at her to leave or they’d call law enforcement. All of us were stunned by how unprofessional they were being (and it looked like at least 20 people in that small lobby). The DoorDasher recorded a video of their behaviors and left. So after waiting 40 minutes for someone just to come to the counter the same guy who threatened the DoorDasher comes up and everyone was so furious they just wanted a refund. So I waited almost 2 hours just to get a refund I’m beyond furious and will never return! And MANY in the restaurant echoed my sentiments

This place is so dirty, inside and outside . The pizza was nasty. I am sure the box would have tasted better. it was so thin and no cheese that you could see.

My kids love this place. The staff is super friendly and we usually don’t have to wait too long for our pizza. Sometimes the phones can be be busy and they can be hard to get ahold of, so I prefer to go in person. The food isn’t that bad and is super affordable.

I called in and order at 7:50 for a thin crust pepperoni pizza light sauce with four ranch Caesar gifts and when I got there to pick up my order I didn’t even bother looking inside of they can say they’re getting ready to close so I just took my order and I live very far so by the time I got home it was 9:00 and I opened my pizza box and it’s a classic Pizza I don’t even eat classic Pizza you can look under my name under my actual username I have an account with you guys always get the same thing it’s always been crust pepperoni pizza and then when I call to let them know they messed it up they hung up on me twice and then the third time they didn’t even answer I understand that it was after 9:00 and there’s nothing they can do about it but they could at least hear me out instead of hanging up on me the first time without saying nothing and then the second time telling me that they’re closed and then hanging up I’m not very happy I’ve never had an order messed up from here

Today, I had a disappointing experience at this location. I was denied the free cookies that usually come with the purchase of two pizzas. I sent my daughter inside to order since I wasn’t feeling well, and she was told that the cookies are only for smaller kids. When I went inside to ask about the cookies, I was spoken to dismissively, as if I didn’t have younger children myself. It felt strange and somewhat discriminatory, and I couldn’t help but wonder if it was related to our race or just a bad day for the employee. Despite not feeling well, I remained professional, but the employee continued to be rude. When I spoke to a manager, she apologized for her employee’s behavior, but that didn’t resolve the situation. After this experience, I’ve decided I won’t be returning. If you are of color, please be cautious when supporting this business.
